- This is my own recipe for Teriyaki Sauce! I don't normally use teriyaki sauce on sushi, but many of you have requested this recipe so here it is.

Love it, man. I also don't usually use teriyaki sauce with sushi, as I think it masks too much of the delicate tastes of both the fish and the rice. However, I think this may be good with some cooked rolls, like a chicken tempura roll. Your eel sauce recipe went with it perfectly last time I made it. Thanks for the vids!
+DarkRaven0023 Thanks, man! Yeah, I honestly never use it for sushi for the same reasons. I typically only use it when grilling chicken or pork. But my website is sort of known for it's sauce recipes and I've had a lot of people request this one, so here it is! Haha

hey I was wondering if sake that you use for your sauces is a cooking sake or can I use any sake that is meant for drinking
You can use a sake that is meant for drinking, but make sure that it doesn't have any extra flavoring. I typically use cheap drinking sake for cooking. :)
