    Hi there!
Will I need to pay for another full inspection if I want to show insurance UPGRADES Ive done in order to get a lower estimate??
Or can I just show proof of UPGRADES without the need of paying for a new inspection?
    Thank you!

Juan great question! I would certainly suggest you start with providing evidence of installed upgrades. Insurance companies have adjusters that they may send out to validate such claims. Let me know what you find out - I would love to know how it worked out!

Typically most insurance companies will take proof of updates ex. Photos of the updates and photos of any receipts, when it comes to the roof or any major updates some companies would require an inspection wether it’s a wind mit or 4 point

Got. Question. A reciprocal exchange? Orange exchange offering this. Sounds like a possible future scam. Insurance attorneys take your money and once the accounts grows, they skip town. What’s your thoughts or am I reading into the wrong? We are trying to decide which policy to go with and it’s very confusing. I’m a friend of mark quire

Thanks, do you know if there are any veteran benefits for home insurance purposes?

Why is it that you don’t know that in Florida the ONLY home insurance available is from Citizens State Insurance. This is as of 2020 and 2021.

Charles I am sorry, but I do not know where you got your information from. That is absolutely untrue. Citizens is the only insurance carrier for modular homes, but there is a wide range of carriers for general homeowners insurance. I work with clients everyday who are getting policies written by other companies; e.g. USAA, Farmers, Allstate, etc. Please share where you have read this information.
