So I’m so happy I came across your videos. I had passed the state for both property and casualty. I passed the casualty general exam. But I couldn’t pass property general exam. I tried different studying tactics and programs and I would just be confused and frustrated. Then I came across your videos and felt I won the jackpot. I watched 6 different videos and everything you said just all the sudden made a light bulb go off and I just understood everything, not to mention you have the best tone and great break downs❤you are the reason why I passed my exam and am officially licensed for Illinois. You are the queen 🎉

Lady: I want to thank you. I took Examfx and I watched your vidoes. I passed PC on the first attempt. Your vidoes had help me a lot. Again, Muchas gracias. Vincent from California
I just took my P&C Exam here in NY State & passed first attempt. Your videos were great for me to watch at night while studying during the day. You explain pretty dull information in a very lively & fun way. Thanks so much!

Girl you are an absolute gem. I can't even begin to thank you for all your videos. This one though was life changing for me. I could NOT get the homeowners to stick and I was so confused! I watched your video on Monday and took my P&C yesterday. First thing on my "provided" dry erase pad at the test was write this chart from my memory of this video. Well it helped because I passed first try. Thank you so much for your videos. I'm sure I'll be watching you again when I have to get my next test! Just FYI Missouri had TONS of questions on homeowners. Lol.
So glad I found this channel. I took my test today and only passed the casualty portion. I'm taking the property portion again next week. Had I found this video and the other one helping explain these policies I wouldn't need to take another test next week.

I literally have taken multiple courses and still never understood the policies because of the way they describe it. Thank you sooooo much hopefully I pass tomorrow
I am studying now for my exam. Your video helped me more than an hour of reading due to the colors and concepts you used. I feel I recognize you from the online training videos in my class. Nevertheless, well done. Great personality keep up the good work.
I falied my test and now looking over your videos to hopefully pass this coming up week. Failed it by 4 points. I am in Texas so the property and casualty is one exam.

Hey Melissa! First off, I want to say thank you so much for helping me get through this freaky test! I really wish I had taken your gold course for my casualty and property license.. grr.. I was being directed by a family member who wanted to take a certain class by a certain person. Ugh.. wished I’d taken the course from you. Oh well.. Hopefully other people reading my review will realize that you are the real deal and they should just pay the money and take your course.. I wanted to let you know that I got so much more out of your free course than I did from the one I took.. You’re incredibly articulate, and I appreciate how you repeat yourself-good God, I really need that! Lol, seriously, can I even remember what I ate yesterday? Ha! Anyway, just wanted to express my gratitude. ;) Thank you!

You got this!!! Read this message to know what’s important for your state exam, what you should focus on as you study, how you should study, and how I can help you secure a passing score on your exam! I have helped thousands of people pass their insurance licensing exam. Companies from United Healthcare to Hagerty have requested that I be their instructor for all their new hires in order to secure a pass as quickly as possible. During my years of working for them, and securing high pass rates, I was able to determine the quickest and fastest way to pass the exam. My method is to focus on the most tested topics, and knowing and understanding the most tested topics instead of memorizing practice exam questions. You should NOT be doing quizzes or practice exams very much and if you are- STOP. The questions in your course will not be the same questions on your exam. Knowing and understanding the material will serve you far better than multiple hours doing practice questions which is why my class series recordings make such a difference and why I have over 140 5-Star Reviews on my Google Business Page. My teaching style is very casual, I keep things simple, I use memorization techniques, and I create a lot of charts and graphs as visuals to help you understand the material. Below, I have outlined what is most important for your state exam, and where you should spend your time during your studies. Insurance terms and related concepts, and policy provisions and contract law are two of the simplest chapters to study since they have the least amount of material to study, usually about 20 pages in total for both chapters. It is very easy to grab many points here, then it is to grab them in any of the other chapters. Most of these chapters are definitions that can be easy to memorize when you use my class series. If you have already studied and failed these are most likely the chapters you need help on. For the Types of Property chapter, it can be really difficult to grab many points here because the chapter is so large. You’re reading a hundred pages worth of study, so trying to secure points across hundreds of pages worth of material can be difficult. What I encourage people to do is focus on Dwelling, Homeowners, and Flood. Dwelling and Homeowners can seem difficult to understand but after I break them down in my Royal Treatment Class Series, you’ll see how easy you can get a lot of points in these chapters. You want to focus on Policy names, Policy coverages and amounts, which are named or open peril. There are also math questions related to Property Policies, but you never quite know if you’ll get 0 or 5 questions with math. It won’t break you to fail every math question if you are strong in other areas, but it certainly helps to be prepared for them and I teach them very simply. The math on the exam requires a memorization of insurance rules, coverage amounts, an equation to learn and input into a calculator (most every state allows calculators). All my Royal Treatment Class Series include math examples. For Types of Casualty, this is another hundred page chapter that can be difficult to secure points in, so we focus on Personal Auto and Commercial Auto. Personal Auto is easier, so make that your biggest focus. Memorize the Parts of an Auto Policy, how they respond in an accident and definitions like Split limit and Per occurrence. Umbrella also comes from this chapter too and that’s an easy concept to get points on. All my Royal Treatment Class Series include an Auto and Umbrella Class that tells you what to focus on. Commercial Policies are inside both Types of Property and Types of Casualty. Commercial Policies are hundreds of pages worth of study and content and you don’t need to know it all. All my Royal Treatment Class Series include a Commercial Class that tells you what to focus on with my Gold Series having the most extensive commercial videos including CGL, Workers Comp and Bonds. Lastly, you want to be really decent in state law. Most state exams will have this chapter at around 20% or more of the exam. While every state is different and has different numbers, you need to know which numbers are important, and which things you should memorize from this chapter. I teach that information in my insurance regulations classes which are included in all my Royal Treatment Class Series. So in short, Get My Royal Treatment Class Series of Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum all come with 100 days access. Bronze is a Basic Review with 8 hours of class recordings. Silver is a Deeper Review with 14 hours of video. Gold has over 30 hours of the most in depth classes with a more intensive teaching of the topic, plus colorful student notes and practice questions. Platinum is Gold + the ability to talk to me daily as you study in Group Tutoring Telegram Group, it’s like having me on speed dial, plus you’ll get free tickets to all P&C Classes during your 100 Days Access. I can't thank you enough for this video; it helped me break through a wall! I am taking Kaplan Kentucky P&C course and the homeowner's insurance unit made 0% in the text and I kept tanking the quizzes. The way you illustrated it here makes PERFECT SENSE. I don't know why they just didn't explain it this way but I will be watching ALL your P&C videos in the next couple of weeks! Thanks again!
Hey there, I gotta say your videos have helped me retain so much information vs all my course materials on examfx . I’m scheduled for my state exam on the 23rd of Sept. and I gotta say I was struggling memorizing and retaining policy types in HO after this video I completely understand now. Thank you ❤

It is so much more important to make sure you are understanding the concepts rather than memorizing questions or placing your energy there and getting upset if you are not seeing the scores you're hoping for. You got this, go back through that section in Melissa's course and take notes, focus on her memory techniques. The questions will start to make sense as you understand the material more. The Queen's Class Series is designed to replace the majority of your reading inside your state-approved course. We highly recommend completing the Queen’s entire class series BEFORE doing your state-approved course. if you have already completed your state-approved course, simply watch all the videos in the package from top to bottom. If you are still going through your course, we recommend stopping your course for a moment and going through the Class Series videos from top to bottom, and then you'll be able to breeze through your state-approved course. You can attempt to watch the videos along with your course, but every provider has a different way of setting up their chapters. At 7:40, you mentioned that every other policy includes THEFT except H08. I was taking a practice exam on ADBanker and it states that; THEFT is a additional coverage. Here's the question in its entirety: R owns a home insured on an HO-3 policy and rents out a suite over a detached garage to tenants. R's furniture used to furnish the suite is: A is the answer according to ADP Covered up to $2,500 as an Additional Coverage B Protected against theft for up to $2,500 C Subject to a Coverage C special limit of liability of $3,000 D Considered property not covered under Coverage C

I passed this part of the PSI...it's the auto policies....and I know the info....but the questions are nothing like what I studied. You really have to know the info in detail. I retake my exam on the 28th
The class they give you through dhorn is litterally them reading the book out loud but not elaborating anything I was confused for 8 hours waste of time. Makes you think you can't do it but you videos definitely make ot seem so much simpler and to think we are paying the state to just read what we already can read on our own. I'm in Illinois BTW and this my third time taking it and finally understanding thanks to these videos

@@michaelcarlorivera4296 so I am not familiar with the adjusters exam, but I've had a lot of adjusters who use my content. @@michaelcarlorivera4296 Hello! I am Melissa, the Insurance Exam Queen. Short answer: Get My Royal Treatment Class Series, they all cover the most tested topics across all the states. My teaching style is very casual, I keep things simple, I use memorization techniques, I use a lot of charts and graphs as visuals to help you understand the material. Below, I have written up what is most important for your state exam, and where you should spend your time during your studies. The major things to know are General Insurance, PC Basics, Dwelling, Homeowners and Auto. These categories require memorization of names, amounts, some math, and a working understanding of how this type of insurance works. General Insurance is the foundational chapter and when you know it well, it helps with all the other chapters. Most states will range in how much this chapter is tested typically being around 5% to 10%, but since it’s the foundation for all else, you want to be decent in knowing these terms, especially anything related to contract law. All my Royal Treatment Class Series include a General Insurance Terms Class. PC Basics is one of the most important chapters and can be up to 20% of the state exam. This chapter covers Policy Structure, Policy Provisions, and lots of definitions. All my Royal Treatment Class Series include a PC Basics Class. Dwelling and Homeowners can seem difficult to understand but after I break them down in my Royal Treatment Class Series, you’ll see how easy you can get a lot of points in these chapters. You want to focus on policy names, policy coverages and amounts, which are named or open peril. All my Royal Treatment Class Series include a Dwelling and Homeowners Class. The math on the exam requires a memorization of insurance rules, coverage amounts, an equation to learn and input into a calculator (most every state allows calculators). All my Royal Treatment Class Series include math examples. Now, in most states you do not need to know Commercial Policies to be able to pass, but it’s great to have some working knowledge to secure points in that chapter. If you’re in Alabama, you definitely need commercial as it’s 26% of your exam! Commercial is hundreds of pages worth of study and content and you don’t need to know it all. All my Royal Treatment Class Series include a Commercial Class that tells you what to focus on. For Auto insurance, you’ll get tested on both Personal Auto and Commercial Auto. Personal Auto is easier, so make that your focus. Memorize the parts of an auto policy, how to respond in an accident and definitions like split limit and per occurrence. All my Royal Treatment Class Series include an Auto Class that tells you what to focus on. Hello! I am Melissa, the Insurance Exam Queen. Below, I have written up what is most important for your state exam, and where you should spend your time during your studies. The easiest and most tested chapters are General Insurance, Life Basics, Life Provisions, Term vs Whole, Annuities, Health Basics, Health Provisions, Disability Insurance, Medical Plans and State Law and I cover all of them in my Royal Treatment Class Series. General Insurance is the foundational chapter and when you know it well, it helps with all the other chapters. Most states will range in how much this chapter is tested typically being around 5% to 10%, but since it’s the foundation for all else, you want to be decent in knowing these terms, especially anything related to contract law. With the life and health exam, there are separate chapters that make up the content when you look at the exam breakdown. What I like to do since I know and understand the information within all of the chapters, is to focus on the content that is the same between life and health. This way you get to double dip on your learning, and not be overwhelmed with all the things you have to know. So first, we focus on the things that overlap. Life Basics and Health Basics overlap as well as Life Provisions and Health Provisions. Both of these chapters almost look identical between life and health, but the life provisions chapter will also include Settlement Options for Life Insurance and Non Forfeiture Options. Life Basics is also known as completing the app and health Basics also known as field underwriting and both chapters are all about the application process an agent goes through when selling a policy as well as the basics of life/health insurance. While you will learn in your studies all about the various life policies, they love to test you on Term Vs Whole and the differences between them more than other life policies. Annuities which are actually the opposite of life insurance requires mostly knowing all the definitions, Annuitant, Annuitization, Accumulation, etc. Next up are provisions. While there are different provisions in life and different provisions in health, many of them will overlap. Provisions are things that kind of set the rules for how policies work and a good amount of them are simply definitions, and many do require memorization of numbers. Provisions also tends to be one of the largest chapters on all state exams, sometimes even up to 25% or more of the exam is just on provisions. For health, they really like you to know the difference between HMO and PPO, as well as a good understanding of disability insurance. Right now, I have three options for the Royal Treatment Life and Health and both come with 100 Day Access. The Sliver Life and Health Series will cover a simple review of the most tested topics across all states. The Gold Life and Health Series will cover an in depth review of the most tested topics across all states. Personal Platinum is Gold + Silver + the ability to talk to me daily as you study in Group Tutoring Telegram Group, it’s like having me on speed dial!
With Gold, you will also get access to Silver and Bronze!

Melissa always recommends that you do not focus your learning or majority of your energy on over-testing and over-quizzing.

R's furniture used to furnish the suite is:
A is the answer according to ADP
Covered up to $2,500 as an Additional Coverage
B
Protected against theft for up to $2,500
C
Subject to a Coverage C special limit of liability of $3,000
D
Considered property not covered under Coverage C
This is about landlord furnishings. When you furnish a rental the MAX coverage on that furniture is $2500

Hello! I am Melissa, the Insurance Exam Queen.
Knowing and understanding the material will serve you far better than multiple hours doing practice questions which is why my class series recordings make such a difference and why I have over 900 5-Star Reviews on my Google Business Page.

Hello! I am Melissa, the Insurance Exam Queen.
