    Can you make a tincture with pretty much anything that's a leafy product?
    I totally want more about plants!

      Tinctures can be made with many products! Barks, roots, leaves, when I was a birth worker I did placenta encapsulation and tincturing for postpartum women. Tinctures are AMAZING medicine. I was thinking actually that I should harvest my Mullein this coming week and film it :D it's a fantastic medicine. Think "Hippie Mucinex" lol

    Hi can you use the st.john that sells in store for tea or does it have to be the fresh plant? Thanks

    • @TheNamelessHomestead
      @TheNamelessHomestead  3 года назад +1

      It depends on what form they are selling it in. Honestly, I would try my best to purchase fresh from a farmer or an herb store like Mountian Rose Herbs if you cant harvest your own. For pretty much any application the fresher the product you start with the better the end product will be.

    Can you use pure alcohol that sells in pharmacy, cause here where i live vodca only has 46% of alcohol. .thanks

    • @TheNamelessHomestead
      @TheNamelessHomestead  3 года назад +2

      That depends on what you mean by alcohol. If you mean Isopropyl alcohol for example that would not be suitable. You want something that is safe to consume. At the end of the day, you CAN use lower percent alcohol you just won't get as strong of a product.
