Just an idea, especially for those homeowners that are weirded out by the “free” part (I’m thinking of the video from last week with the power washing down found sidewalk), maybe make a yard sign with either advertising your business (if you normally do work in the area) or your RUclips and say they can repay you by putting the sign in their yard for a week or two. Dear Spencer, I wanted to let you know, you are an International inspiration! A gentleman in Australia is offering to mow people's yards for Free, similar to what you do. Awesome!😊
Fun fact: the phrase "to be caught red-handed" comes from mulberry fruits. Thieves who stole the fruit would stain their hands with the juice and it was really hard to wash off. So it was clear what they had been up to and they were literally caught red-handed.
Haha. .I was thinking the same. Tbh, I'm happy with my terraced 1920's London house and 60ft garden!! Just perfect to manage. I fear anything larger because I always think that the bigger something is the more headache it is to maintain it!
@@kitty16vcat11 , go look up dwarf carpet of stars...you could put ACRES of that sort of thing and have not only minimal maintenance on it, but that it also requires less water than grass...in fact, it only needs water every 7 to 10 days, AND it needs only some edging, and it also needs no mowing...it is essentially like Astroturf and other forms of artificial grass, but that it is actually a real life plant.
One thing I've taken from these videos is the sheer vast amount of land even "small" homes have, in the UK you'd be lucky to even have a front garden, never mind a football pitch in the back like half of these, it's actually mind blowing.
Remember, america is a massive country for the amount of people compared to the UK, as well as the era of when population happened for either country. You have a more respectable country. :)

I came across your vids on Ig a few days ago and holly sh*t I'm hooked, it makes me have this awesome sense of satisfaction, which is priceless. So thank you!! Also I think the work you and your wife do is amazing!! 🙌
Does that mean it's just very hard for you to feel that way? I'm genuinely curious because you said you feel like it watching these vids?
I mean, obviously, there is no inability to feel satisfaction if you feel satisfaction.
That sounds like a misdiagnosis.
@@richrichie3153 Well, that is why I said "sense of satisfaction" not actual satisfaction.
@@liamlllll So I said "sense of satisfaction" because it's not actual satisfaction that I feel, you know? Cause I literally can't feel that, like everything is just meh. I mean I'm on Prozac now, going on day 13 so it's improving little by little.
@@liamlllll So I guess is the loss of ability to feel pleasure* or satisfaction.
Dear Spencer, I wanted to let you know, you are an International inspiration! A gentleman in Australia is offering to mow people's yards for Free, similar to what you do. Awesome!😊
🤯If I had a backyard THAT big, I know i'd have every fruit and veggie I could plant back there. I'd never have to visit the grocery store again. 😍
Homeowner: "You'd say different if you saw the back."
Spencer (pulling down sunglasses): "You must not know who you're talking to..."
LOOOOL
Fun fact: the phrase "to be caught red-handed" comes from mulberry fruits. Thieves who stole the fruit would stain their hands with the juice and it was really hard to wash off. So it was clear what they had been up to and they were literally caught red-handed.
That’s pretty smart. Did you stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night? 😂
Who gives a fuck
I did not know that!
Are you sure it doesn't refer to something more serious that berry picking, _such as murder and blood?_
@@spacelemur7955 yeah, anyone knows that even large quantities of blood are super easy to wash off. Even after murdering someone!
You are truly a credit to your family, your community and humanity. Keep up the good work. 👍
Aww thank you Michael!!!
Living in the UK I'm amazed at how massive the back yards are in the US, here they'd build 17 houses in a space that size!! Much love ❤️
We need room for our shooting range.
@@michaelmckay don't forget the monster truck arena!
Haha. .I was thinking the same. Tbh, I'm happy with my terraced 1920's London house and 60ft garden!! Just perfect to manage. I fear anything larger because I always think that the bigger something is the more headache it is to maintain it!
@@johanlahti84 Goes with out saying!
That looks like a pretty big urban yard by anyone's standards. I had a huge yard growing up, but I lived on a farm. That is to be expected. This guy's yard? Ginormous!
My son works as an arborist and comes in contact with poison ivy, oak and such daily. He is extremely allergic. If he gets it's he's down for weeks and has ended up in the hospital before. He uses isopropyl alcohol on a wash cloth and then scrubs with dawn dish soap and a wash cloth if he has concerns about getting it. He has stayed out break free since he has done this cleaning routine. Thanks for the education on this SB.
I’d like to wish your father a happy Father’s Day because you were definitely raised right. Don’t know the story but great work ethic. Love what you do.♥️👍🏼
He is a great dad, taught me a lot!
Spencer you got some new friends from India.. We love your work ❤️
Keep helping the community ✌🏻
Hey thank you so much from across the world!
How do you make an income if you do hours and hours of work for free?
I believe this counts as marketing, as well as giving back. I will bet Spencer works 6 days a week, like most small business owners. And sun up to sun down.
This is only 1 job I do a week. I run a lawn care business full time
The attention to detail is what makes these jobs look so amazing afterwards. I love watching Free Friday Mow jobs! Great job Spencer and keep it up!
Thank you for watching Wendy, I appreciate the support!
These transformations are so satisfying to see! Btw, wasn’t there a overgrown path in the front yard? You mentioned it, but it was still the same afterwards.
He said he'd come back next week for it
He said he would come back next week for it since he doesn’t have the tools and plus he had like 5 hours to do this
Poison ivy encounter might have reduced his available time.
@@Kkanon oh, I didn’t pay enough attention then 😂
I'm trying to go back soon!
I really like watching your channel...it comes with great edging, weed eating, tree trimming, mowing( one tough mower, and it gets a workout)...it’s the whole package. Makes me get out there with my tools! You sure don’t take on the easy ones! - watching from Lake Wales, Florida
This man’s work ethic is truley unmatched! His will to help others with baring the financial burden is just angelic! N he puts 100% into it. Sometimes when you get something free it lacks quality. His work speaks for itself m! Much love brother ❤
Regularly makes ~$5k per job from views. He's an awesome guy but it's paid by the people watching instead of the homeowner 🤘✨
He gets paid quite well from youtube for his work. Quite the ingenious way of earning money I'd say, doing something you love to do and getting paid to do it!
@@Zak-47 I mean he could definitely charge and still make the videos and make even more money, but he wants to help out people in need.
@@Zak-47 Is SB defrauding the homeowners or the sponsors? Do the people whose yards are overgrown deserves his help? Do any of us who receive help from someone deserve it?
@@lilzajaneHe should be paid quite well for his work. Do you get paid for your work? And when you got paid did you deserve it?
this is the best one, but i suggest to get the owners reaction to the backyard or smth at the end and also its nice to see you talk now once in a while in the video if you find something interesting. It makes the video better and not boring to watch
Thank you for the suggestions!
Really looking forward to seeing how that hidden sidewalk is gonna look. And that mower is a beast. You were cutting down trees with it
Best wishes for a joyous and poison oak free wedding, SB. Congratulations to you and your significant other! 💜
Haha thank you so much!
Dude, I have seen a lot of people doing this stuff, but you are the only real deal. You do the full package, sidewalks, driveways, gutters just everything it is truly amazing! nice job and keep up the great works! Thanks.
You are so efficient with your technique. I like that you edge first and then mow. Also, great camera angles, no music amd natural lighting. I watch another lawnmower channel that is pretty good too, but he is enhancing the color in his footage, so all the greens look fluorescent and it's not easy on the eyes AT ALL. Keep doing what your doing, don't change anything. The length of your videos are perfect, natural sounds of the lawnmower, natural lighting.....EXCELLENT.
Wow, thank you so much! I put a lot of time into my videos and I am so happy to see that it is being recognized.
Another terrific transformation! Full watch incl ads 👍🏻😃❤️🦊
Haha, I do the same and sit through the ads to support him better!! Mind you, the 6 minute long one I got was a bit much! I did some laundry! Suppose I can thank Spencer for that!
Aaa Block for RUclips takes the ads out on the computer
. I only see them on my phone and tablet
Thank you so much! Thats awesome!!!!
@@SBMowing , so, was my post about the links to help you combat the poison ivy helpful to you? I hope that you did not mistake it for spam, as I genuinely wanted to make your job easier.
@@liltdiddylilt I read through the comments when the ads come and let them run:)
These videos are so inspiring to watch, and relaxing, too! I'm a city girl these days, but my first job out of college was in lawn care for a small company in my hometown. I didn't much care for that job, but I found that was mostly because working in that environment lacked a sense of purpose. Watching your videos, I can see that sense of purpose in what you're doing for these people and it inspires me to carry that spirit of generosity into my daily life. Keep doing what you're doing - it really makes a difference for people!
I'm happy to help these people out! Thank you for supporting my by watching.
The wife and I just made mulberry jam. Easy to make and super good!
Happy Fathers day( If applicable).
I'll have to try that out someday!!!
oooo yum
Spencer, you are awesome and inspiring. You have such a positive attitude and you make a difference with your generosity
I appreciate that!
DUDE, that property was HUGE! Great work, man! I'm really impressed with your "above and beyond" approach to all these jobs. Everything looks SO good when you're done. (Watching from Concordia, KS).
Right! Looked like he was mowing a park or something. That's one large plot!
This is so wild, every time I thought you’d done the bulk of the backyard there was more😂 it would look really great if they took care of the overgrown trees too! And I’m sure now that they can walk to them theyd be more motivated to do that. You’re amazing for doing all of this work!
That is one of the truly satisfying curb cleanup and mowing jobs! Looks great! Enjoy your enthusiasm.
Thank you so much!
