The suspenders are meant to sit under the headlight flaps in robot mode, something I found out during transformation (via instructions). I would have never known to move those either lol Doesn't make a huge difference visually though 😅

Here's the thing, I don't know that that was intentional. I've seen a comment supposedly made by the director where he said that he wanted to make an Accurate Wheeljack but the Execs where dead set on Wheeljack being made into a Giant nerd in design with a different personality for some reason.

When my best friend first told me that Pablo design was Wheeljack I thought he was actually trolling me but then I found out he was telling the truth and I went to claw my eyes out
Okay, I got the three pack, and I have story upon story upon story of just stuff that has happened with this Wheeljack, to the point I can confidently say that my Wheeljack is the most special/interesting Wheeljack in the world. First off I found this Wheeljack at a Target (duh!) But the thing was, he was out of the box, just lying on the shelf right next to Cheetor and Nightbird (who were still in the box). So I stuck him in the box and My friend Ronin lifted up the bottom shelf and stuck him underneath the shelf. So he was hidden from April 26th to June 5th and when I get him, I run into a friend and he has two friends with him and they both ask me about what I got and I immediately capture the interest of my friends and these two girls, and I'm just sitting on the red spheres that some Targets have outside of them, transforming a little brown/creme van while three people are captivated at this miraculous thing. A few weeks later I randomly posted a picture of Wheeljack on my Instagram and I tagged his actor, Cristo Fernández, in the 0.0000000000001% chance he'd like it. Well, he liked it, and apparently he liked it so much that he PUT IT ON HIS INSTAGRAM STORY!!!! He also tagged the official ROTB account too. But I didn't notice that at the time because I was too shocked and too insanely happy, It was the coolest thing that had happened that day. The two days later I just finished riding my bike, and I check my Transformers Instagram Group chat (The DRIPTICONZ) and the chat is blowing up and trying to get my attention, and the reason why is because the official ROTB account but Cristo Fernández's story on THEIR story which had MY POST ON IT!!! Once again I was absolutely thrilled and it officially makes the biggest shoutout I've ever received. So after these occurrences I'm very proud to call this bot Wheeljack and I accept him as my own. Let's hope this little guy gets into more wacky/cool adventures.
I got this 3 pack for 10 dollars at a swap meet, I've loved all of them, I've custom painted Cheetor to make him fit a little better with studio series and same with wheeljack, my main issue is just the lower legs with nightbird and honestly I think for around 20-30 bucks this set could be worth it but $60 is a crime and not worth it at all
Will never not amaze me how they had a scientist available for the movie that was known to repair bots and create inventions. chose the worst option for everyone. Guess Wheeljack wanted to take the movie’s quality with him before he went.
I mean the worse option for everyone. Could have easily fixed a good chunk of the problems in the movie while keeping g1 fans happy, while keeping casual fans happy. Don’t know how to explain it further
This wheeljack is a completely different character. so I made my own headcanon for the guy. Pablo is actually wheeljack's apprentice. Under his tutelage Pablo would follow in Wheeljack's footsteps as an inventor. But would not get to complete his training because of the war and later, the great exodus. Prime and his team were on the last lines of defense after the ark's lifted. Pablo remained at Iacon to try to save whoever he can. So he wouldn't accompany Wheeljack and Prime's team at the launch pad. we see in the bumblebee movie what happened next. Prime would stay behind to cover the other's escape and get captured. Wheeljack included. But there was one problem. Jackie's pod was damaged. So it fell back to cybertron. He survived the crash and being the mad genius he was would always have a backup plan. In this case, another pod. A prototype that he never used in his workshop. and there was a chance he would blow up. But he would take the risk. So he would head back to Iacon plowing through some vehicons and seekers and would find pablo. With little time they would gather whatever gear and energon they had left and ready it for launch. But the decepticons would close in on their position. Pablo tried to volunteer to stay behind and cover wheeljack's escape. only for wheeljack to force him into the pod. Just as the decepticons broke through the doors Jackie would push the button to launch Pablo into space. His final words to him; "Til all are one, kid". Being a badass Jackie would cut down some cons to cover his escape. Pablo would watch in horror as jackie would get blasted by Shockwave in the chest. At the same time the pod finally launched into space. So he would not see his death. aftermath: Pablo would name himself after his savior and mentor to keep the name of wheeljack alive. He would receive prime's message from earth and would join the rendezvous with ironhide, arcee, mirage, ratchet, brawn, jazz, and sideswipe. (stratosphere would arrive a year or two after the rest) So that is my headcanon. I kinda wish I could write for these films. I love this franchise so much and will never stop collecting them. Hope yall liked it.
See I dont think you need to go this far with the lore to explain it, you just say "Tis Beachcomber and you are done." Though at least you gave any justification for it at all. Unlike the movie.
what is it with movie characters looking like different characters then the ones they share names here, its like the unicron trilogy all over again like DOTM sentinel looks like alpha trion Armada Wheeljack looks like a cross between sideswipe and ricochet Armada Blurr should have been named crosshair given the fact that he's a sniper Armada Cyclonus should have just been either Whirl or Vortex since they're both helicopters and both have questionable sanity Energon downshift looks for more like wheeljack cliffjumper looks like beachcomber and even borrows his colours at one point and then we have ROTB wheeljack which also looks like beachcober but brown
Well there's at least a Reasonable Explanation with the Armada stuff in that they were protecting Copyright with an Existing animation they had no ability to change. This is apparently just Capriciousness on the Executive's Parts.
What's confusing about wheeljacks design is 2 things. 1. It doesn't make sense in this new reboot not bayverse universe as he looked very g1 in bumblebee so his drastic change from what he was to this nerd makes zero sense without some form of robot plastic surgery 2. The director of rotb himself openly said he's a huge fan of the series Transformers Prime which you can see in Primes design as well as the fact every bot uses a hand cannon. I bring this up as even in Prime Wheeljack looked way more like g1 than the monstrosity he became in this movie. My guess is maybe the hippie van was actually meant to be bulkhead because it would very much fit bulkhead but for whatever reason the producers really don't like bulkhead.
Theoretically they could argue that the Guy in Bumblebee was unnamed so it could have been not Wheeljack. And yes this feels WAY more like Prime than it does G1, Beast Wars, or Bay.
@@PerspectiveEnd yea I get the beachcomber thing, but Wheeljack is a more recognizable name for marketing. Keep in mind, I’m a wheeljack fan. But seeing that altmode made me smile a little
If I recall correctly, in Alfonso nations interview with caple, caple says that you can think of pablojack as a different character to the BBM one who just has the same name. So my headcanon is that Pablo was some loser who really admired the actual wheeljack and nicknamed himself wheeljack because he wanted to be like him, and now all the other autobots think he’s a loser too. Maybe that’s why he’s in South America by himself, nobody wants to hang out with him As for the actual reason I think he was meant to be a different character but of course hasbro needs that name recognition so they gave him wheeljacks name
Way I see it is more of a similar case to how the infected bot at Delphi in IDW's MTMTE/Lost Light comic series who also had the name Prowl but wasn't the Autobot Prowl. Could also provide some proof that Cybertronian names are commonly used. An example being that the name Wheeljack might be the same level as people with the name Ryan.
Great video as always buddy! Your 1x1 Lego caught me off guard 😂. I was wondering if once the spoiler ban is lifted from RotB have you considered doing a live video to discuss it? It'd be great to do like an interactive Convo that your fandom could all get in! 😁
i honestly find the wheeljack debate kind of overblown im not fazed by it but im not try and die on this hill lol I do love the glasses are removable and tbh if the film wanted to distance him from the classic incarnation, they should've went harder I heard that some of the cutscenes implied he and Arcee had a fling in the past and tbh id much rather they commit to that than just cleave half his character to be a REVERSE skids and mudflap lol
What do you mean they should have went Harder? There's nothing Left of Wheejack here? And yes, he and Arcee were supposed to be Dating in the movie, but all that got cut.
@@PerspectiveEnd the fact the arceejack scenes got cut shows they didnt go hard enough. they erased the classic traits to get a blank slate but w/o ANY traits, its just stuck AS a blank slate
I think they should have named Pablo after one of the South American original characters, they have no personality and no one would be mad if they had their designs changed, so maybe something like Volks since he is a Volkswagen Bus.
I feel like Volks would have been a bit Problematic, what with the whole history of South America being where German Officers and Scientists Fled after WWII. I can see why they wouldn't want that to be his name.
The Buzzworthy Bumblebee Jungle Mission 3-pack continues from Cheetor to Wheeljack and Nightbird. For Wheeljack, lets just call him Pablo and move on. Nightbird looks okay. Just have the tan brown be black to look a little more movie accurate. There should have been two hook claws instead of one that splits in half. I'm just going to wait for the Studio Series versions. Hope Wheeljack gets his head fins that was seen for like two seconds. And for Nightbird to look cooler than her mainline toy.
He's not Wheeljack to me either. Hasbro better give him his side head fins, that was seen for like two seconds in the trailer and movie, for his Studio Series figure to at least make it up to the fans. -Also, looking back at what you said about who else the design could have fit, I can slowly see this fit Perceptor.
@@PerspectiveEnd If you watched the movie, Nightbird had a car alt mode but had jet boosters and wings to fly (which nice nod to Shatter) and the head design is similar to GE Dirge/Thrust/Ramjet. So, if in the director's cut there's a scene where the Terrorcons scan alt modes, we could most likely see Nightbird having a more seeker-like body. If not, we could assume that either Nightbird scanned a car mode before becoming a herald of Unicron or after becoming a Herald of Unicron Nightbird was upgraded (similar to the G1 movie with Megatron being upgraded to Galvatron).
Brown plastics gives me GPS. The color edits made Him more appealing, if anything we'd probably spot him better in the background at the end. The weapon sword idea was smart for vehicle mode's Spoiler, if it was there.
I don’t mind two reviews. These are still really fun. Wish I could do the pattern but HeLL YEaH take my likes! Edit: retrospectives of whole toy lines and what’s the best seems to get some of the most views so maybe if you’ve already done the reviews you would just rank them and hopefully get some revenue? I don’t know but yeah
Dude, that is brilliant idea of Wheeljack should been Beachcomber... I never thought of that... also cannot undo the "slingkini" now when I see him... Great review overall

Hey Perspective! (Yes, it’s me…again). I’m not sure if I’ve asked this question before or not so forgive me if I’ve forgotten. But what’s your advice to aspiring TF fan writers like myself?? Stop Motion, Novels, Comics, etc.
1 Keep Thesaurus.com open at all times. Never use the same word too many times in a row if you can find a synonym for it, unless the point is the Repetition. 2 Focus on character, no one cares if the character does cool stuff if they don't care about the character. 3 Trust your audience to be smart enough to follow along your story. If you can subtly imply information to people they will get it, and you don't need to have exposition. So rather than saying "As your Assistant it is my duty to help you" you could have it be Boss: "What would I ever do without you?" Assistant: "Hire another assistant."
"Nightbird" here looks a lot like a Rule 63 version of the TF:Cybertron Red Alert recolor Cannonball. Still not enough to sell me one, but less annoying than slapping the unrelated G1 name on her. Have you seen the Battle Changer "Mirage?" Aside from the gun hand, it actually does look relatively Nightbird-y, if only by being a spindly grey bot with a big chest. "Wheeljack" I've said all along I liked the toy but would consider it a new character, and that hasn't changed. I still haven't seen listings for ANYTHING in the main line, though, and the Studio Series all look like ass. Well, like bayformers, which is not exactly the same thing but just as unappealing. "What if a cutlery drawer, but spaghetti?" is still the best description of that aesthetic so far.
So, how will double figure reviews work? Will they just be two random transformers? You can get your hands on whether it be core voyager deluxe will it only be in the same line like Legacy end studio 86 will there be any themes ? Like two Deceptacon’s to Autobots to Junkion’s I am really curious and I would like to know please
I will try to make them make sense. So if it's not 2 guys from the same line, then it will be 2 of the same guy, or 2 guys who are like famously friends or something.
When I heard that this was a 3-pack "for value", I was like, "what value? I´d rather buy Cheetor on his own, and same with Airazor!" Afer watching the movie, I cancelled my Airazor buying plans. And you have a point, it´d would have been a great Beachcomber, and just as lame as him...
Really you don't want the Mainline Airazor any more. Like I sure don't want any of the Studio Series figures, but I still think that Airazor looks like a Lot of Fun.
@@PerspectiveEnd I had considered purchasing all the little weapon beasts, but I also gave up on them after the movie... I don´t want to give Hasbro a cent for its product.
I 100% agree with your take on Pablo I know you've heard this plenty of times but they had it right in the BB but decided to ignore I kinda like Pablo's character but not being called wheeljack, other than being a guide in Peru Pablo did jack in the movie i know there were cut scenes but if you were to cut him out of the movie nothing will change at all. I didn't mind the night bird design but i dislike the legs she's the robot version of buff dude with chicken legs the toy even made it worst. I don't remember her doing anything ninja related the only thing that came to mind was flying around, dialogue dumping and flying up to bumblebee only to get shit at by scourge, get stabbed and blown to literal pieces by bee, her death was out of nowhere. I'd rather her have a beef with arcee making her a tough and dangerous opponent throughout the film. IDK if I'll even get the figures because I'm not certain of i feel about their portrayal in the film.
I don't know what's the worst: The entire misinterpretation done with them (at least with Pablojack, I don't know what to think exactly about Nightbird) or the little to none screen time they get.
I Like wheeljack I have him with my ss86 ironhide but he is so small it looks so weird when he is smaller than red alert and other figures. Also I would love to see beachcomber in live action but I’m thankful it wasn’t that design. Finally night bird sucks I threw it across my room like 5 times because I have no care for it, it took like 15 minutes to transform yesterday it is so frustrating with all the panels.
Come to think of it… yeah, this should have been a new iteration of Beachcomber, least they would have used an obscure underrated bot instead of ruining Wheeljack’s image again.
My 3pack was just bad like baaad the glasses on wheelJack just snapped mid transformation cheetor is a pain in the ass to transform because everything is so stiff it might break and nightbird just doesn’t stay together at all and good video man missed the reviews but roasts made it up
Dang and I thought mine's qc was bad. Also I would really like more Roast-A-Mans (also, I just bought earthspark warrior thrash, and it's incredible for the price)
i heard there was a lot of cutscenes in the movie, first being Transit which was considered "too Violent" for the movie but Scourge's death was pretty violent. Scourge definitely been change since his dialogue from the trailer wasn't even used and i heard that Arcee and wheeljack are in a relationship (not gonna lie i kinda wanna see it because we get to have corny cringe scenes). let's hope the Studio Series would make them better (though i haven't buy anything from SS series the last i bought was Perceptor)
From what I hear the scene was supposed to end with Transit getting berried in a Mass grave that Optimus keeps, which made the film makers think he came across like a Serial killer.

I'm sure this is gonns shelfwarm, so... thanks for biting the bullet, PE, just to sate our curosity Wasn't expecting Nightbird to be sharing design DNA from Siege Datsun, given fiddly, panel-clashing look of her, I assumed she shared engineering with Studio Sries Car Shatter, and certainly looks like the reasons for the frustration are the same.
I think the movie is a 5 out of 10. It's not terrible, it's just boring, with clearly a lot of important cut content. Most people seem to be enjoying it, you probably will too, but while I far from hated it, I don't see my self ever bothering watching it again, not because it would hurt to do so, but because it would just be a waste of time for me.

The suspenders are meant to sit under the headlight flaps in robot mode, something I found out during transformation (via instructions). I would have never known to move those either lol
Doesn't make a huge difference visually though 😅
Ok thank you. I knew I wasn't crazy for thinking about beachcomber
Indeed it is a brilliant observation.
i agree with your take on Wheeljack. in my AU the hippie van is beachcombers alt mode and wheeljack is a dodge tow truck (he's also a drunkard)
I mean that makes sense for both.
I'm hoping the inevitable Studio Series Mightbird will be better than this one. She was definitely my favorite charachter in the movie
I thought she was incredibly bland
You were AFFRONTED by them just a few days ago for having only like 3 lines.
@@PerspectiveEnd Still better than the rest of the garbage fire
Someone sounds like a Nightbird Stan
@@PerspectiveEndand one of them was ouch
Glad to see you have a plan for youtube👍. Sounds solid enough, hope you can pull it off
I mean I'm always trying different plans.
With your factory mix up of parts for Nightbird, you missed out on being able to turn her bluntest sword ever wielded by a robot ninja into the most awkward spoiler ever seen on a sportscar.
Truly a loss.
I personally like wheeljacks design but personally its not wheeljack it should have been beachcomber
That's what I'm saying.
I can definetly see the Beachcomber comparison
Yeah that blew my mind to realize.
I’m excited to see your reaction to the figure reveals that just came out
Next week.
OMG HE LITERALLY IS BEACHCOMBER, I hate that i never made that connection, why is Hasbro allergic to good decisions
I feel as though no one would've bat an eye at the design if it was. This alternate history makes my mind dizzy with stupid.
Here's the thing, I don't know that that was intentional. I've seen a comment supposedly made by the director where he said that he wanted to make an Accurate Wheeljack but the Execs where dead set on Wheeljack being made into a Giant nerd in design with a different personality for some reason.
It’s so hard to get Pablo’s feet out of robot mode.
Tbh even tho a lot of people dislike pablo wheeljack I love the dorky bastard. Wish we got a lil more of him in the movie him and transit
Ive heard that you can swap out wheeljacks head for his bee movie one, and considering that my bumblebee wheeljack broke, i might just get this figure and do that as i think everything but the head looks "alright"
I can’t wait for Beachcomber to show up in the sequel and invent the Dinobots and other wacky inventions.
They did my boy Wheeljack dirty. And never though that Wheeljack was like beachcome thanks for pointing that out.
Happy to unravel the mystery of Wheelcomber/Beachjack for everyone.
If you ever review ss crosshairs make sure to be careful with the windshield bit and make sure to keep it as far away from rubbing alcohol because it eats through the plastic
Wheeljack looks like he could be from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle universe
When my best friend first told me that Pablo design was Wheeljack I thought he was actually trolling me but then I found out he was telling the truth and I went to claw my eyes out
I feel your pain.
Wheeljack's speaking voice sounded like G1 Cosmos to me. I actually quite liked that character, but he was only 'Wheeljack' in name only.
I didn't hear any Petter Lorre in that performance?
I got this 3 pack for 10 dollars at a swap meet, I've loved all of them, I've custom painted Cheetor to make him fit a little better with studio series and same with wheeljack, my main issue is just the lower legs with nightbird and honestly I think for around 20-30 bucks this set could be worth it but $60 is a crime and not worth it at all
Yeah I think for 10 bucks I too would have been blown away.
Will never not amaze me how they had a scientist available for the movie that was known to repair bots and create inventions. chose the worst option for everyone.
Guess Wheeljack wanted to take the movie’s quality with him before he went.
What do you mean he chose the worst option for everyone?
I mean the worse option for everyone. Could have easily fixed a good chunk of the problems in the movie while keeping g1 fans happy, while keeping casual fans happy. Don’t know how to explain it further
Thanks for the rieview!
I am so glad that these are not available in my coutry yet, or maybe never. Will get cheetor, but wait for SS Pablo.
Well considering they come in a 3 Pack they should be easy to ignore.
I like the new format idea.
Thank you!
Great video! Also, what happened to your legacy slag and sludge review? I've searched up everything that I can think of and I still can't find it.
It's still up. It's only 16 videos older than this one.
(stratosphere would arrive a year or two after the rest)
So that is my headcanon. I kinda wish I could write for these films. I love this franchise so much and will never stop collecting them. Hope yall liked it.
Mid
@@staples. hey I'll take it. Not the best but better than most.
See I dont think you need to go this far with the lore to explain it, you just say "Tis Beachcomber and you are done." Though at least you gave any justification for it at all. Unlike the movie.
@@PerspectiveEnd Im a lore freak ik lol.
what is it with movie characters looking like different characters then the ones they share names here, its like the unicron trilogy all over again
like DOTM sentinel looks like alpha trion
Armada Wheeljack looks like a cross between sideswipe and ricochet
Armada Blurr should have been named crosshair given the fact that he's a sniper
Armada Cyclonus should have just been either Whirl or Vortex since they're both helicopters and both have questionable sanity
Energon downshift looks for more like wheeljack
cliffjumper looks like beachcomber and even borrows his colours at one point
and then we have ROTB wheeljack which also looks like beachcober but brown
Well there's at least a Reasonable Explanation with the Armada stuff in that they were protecting Copyright with an Existing animation they had no ability to change.
This is apparently just Capriciousness on the Executive's Parts.
What's confusing about wheeljacks design is 2 things.
1. It doesn't make sense in this new reboot not bayverse universe as he looked very g1 in bumblebee so his drastic change from what he was to this nerd makes zero sense without some form of robot plastic surgery
I don’t like how wheeljacks voice is Spanish when we was a good voice in dotm and the bumblebee movie cybertron scene
Rise of the beasts Wheeljack is just Wheeljack in name only
Wheeljack in name only WINO.
Just like Rhinox, I'm still waiting on Mainline wave 2's deluxes, which also include Mirage Jr, the son of Mirage who was closer to Jazz.
Yeah I've not found much from the movies line my elf.
Papi Pablo hit different, so I didn’t mind his design. But I’m rocking 15 pairs of rose tinted glasses so there’s that.
I don't know how it Hit different, but I'd just say it felt like Beachcomber.
@@PerspectiveEnd yea I get the beachcomber thing, but Wheeljack is a more recognizable name for marketing. Keep in mind, I’m a wheeljack fan. But seeing that altmode made me smile a little
Robot mode still sucks, don’t like reinforcing stereotypes
If I recall correctly, in Alfonso nations interview with caple, caple says that you can think of pablojack as a different character to the BBM one who just has the same name. So my headcanon is that Pablo was some loser who really admired the actual wheeljack and nicknamed himself wheeljack because he wanted to be like him, and now all the other autobots think he’s a loser too. Maybe that’s why he’s in South America by himself, nobody wants to hang out with him
As for the actual reason I think he was meant to be a different character but of course hasbro needs that name recognition so they gave him wheeljacks name
I do hear the name and Design were kind of Foisted on him.
quite possibly.
Nah. His words were misinterpreted. He was talking about DOTM Que and ROTB Wheeljack.
This design is a Wheeljack design. Get over it.
@@lukasgemmill8084 no he wasn’t lol. Q was never bought up in that conversation. Both Alfonso and him specifically talked about the BBM wheeljack
Great video as always buddy! Your 1x1 Lego caught me off guard 😂. I was wondering if once the spoiler ban is lifted from RotB have you considered doing a live video to discuss it? It'd be great to do like an interactive Convo that your fandom could all get in! 😁
Thank you very much.
The 1x1 Legos are the most deadly.
I have considered doing a live video on it yes.
@@PerspectiveEnd good man, do it!
i honestly find the wheeljack debate kind of overblown im not fazed by it but im not try and die on this hill lol
I do love the glasses are removable and tbh if the film wanted to distance him from the classic incarnation, they should've went harder
I heard that some of the cutscenes implied he and Arcee had a fling in the past and tbh id much rather they commit to that than just cleave half his character to be a REVERSE skids and mudflap lol
When i did see Pablo in the movie was definitely a transformers moment
It's frustrating that the Wheeljack single pack isn't in my areas yet it's in other countries, Hasbro's distribution is horrible 🤦
Honestly the only one I want single packed is Cheetor.
Every time I see wheeljack from RotB I think “Philmore” from Cars.
Never watched any of those movies my self.
I REFUSE to call him Wheeljack.
I have a theory about Nightbird: Nightbird was originally a conehead seeker who either scanned a car vehicle mode instead of a jet vehicle mode
An interesting Idea at least.
I think she's a reformatted Bayverse Barricade
@@PerspectiveEnd If you watched the movie, Nightbird had a car alt mode but had jet boosters and wings to fly (which nice nod to Shatter) and the head design is similar to GE Dirge/Thrust/Ramjet. So, if in the director's cut there's a scene where the Terrorcons scan alt modes, we could most likely see Nightbird having a more seeker-like body. If not, we could assume that either Nightbird scanned a car mode before becoming a herald of Unicron or after becoming a Herald of Unicron Nightbird was upgraded (similar to the G1 movie with Megatron being upgraded to Galvatron).
youve made me see this new wheeljack design in a very different way, im impressed and horrified
The pattern?
Ranking the figures from the lines is a decent idea.
@@PerspectiveEnd yeah I enjoy those ones a lot.
I just got back from rotb, and your video on it! Both were great!!
Glad you wound up enjoying the movie so much, and my video on it.
I’m sol glad here in Italy Amazon sells these as separate toys. So I just bought Chhetor and Airazor.
Interesting. Yeah that's not the case here in the states.
And with the clearance as tight as it is for Pablo-comber-jack, there's no hope of giving him a spare head to be either bot.
I was gonna go with Iron Perchcomber😂
I actually really loved wheeljacks design and his personality
"A little racist, hermano"
I think you should take the figure you hate most, bring them to a parking lot, and go full Sid mode and blow them up.
Well I don't think I need a Parking Lot for that. I live in the Boonies.
Dude, that is brilliant idea of Wheeljack should been Beachcomber... I never thought of that... also cannot undo the "slingkini" now when I see him... Great review overall
Like I said back in the roasting Pablo short, this Wheeljack can join his nightmarish bro from DOTM back in hell
I dont typically buy movie stuf but man did that movie actually make me like itself so much that i want them, full well knowing that they dont fit in cause i collect chug and not movies
Although i mainly wanna get mirage cause HE WAS FUN but i do wanna get some others from the cast, also i can be the only one who hooes that when they make stratosphere he ends up a comander like that would be IDEAL for his size itd also allow S.S to have its first commander class figure
I'm not even sure if they are making a Stratosphere at all at this point.
man i was so happy to go to a movie theater for the first time and the first one i watched was transformers rise of a beasts
Really? That was your first time. Glad you loved it.
@@PerspectiveEnd yes i am a closed boy not in a creepy weeb way
Hey Perspective!
So rather than saying "As your Assistant it is my duty to help you" you could have it be
Boss: "What would I ever do without you?"
Assistant: "Hire another assistant."
@@PerspectiveEnd thanks man! Much appreciated
I will be fair, the designs in ROTB even the worst ones are better than Bay.
I´d rather buy Cheetor on his own, and same with Airazor!"
Afer watching the movie, I cancelled my Airazor buying plans.
I 100% agree with your take on Pablo I know you've heard this plenty of times but they had it right in the BB but decided to ignore
I kinda like Pablo's character but not being called wheeljack, other than being a guide in Peru Pablo did jack in the movie i know there were cut scenes but if you were to cut him out of the movie nothing will change at all.
Yeah, there are so many characters in this who get nothing devoted to them. Once again the humans take center stage.
The Wheeljack figure is decent and passable but nightbird is ummm...
Not good
He'd be passable in nicer plastic yes. Right now I'm too worried about snapping the figure in half.
I hope their studio series figures are better
I’ve seen a lot of mixed reception for these figures specifically some love them others hate them
I Like wheeljack I have him with my ss86 ironhide but he is so small it looks so weird when he is smaller than red alert and other figures.
Indeed. It's only positive things.
YES!!! That is Beachcomber!!!
Yeah it blew my mind to realize that.
2:09 drake been real quite since this figure dropped
I have no idea what that means.

It's not a big deal.
Pablo could literally have been basically anyone BUT Wheeljack
Like he legit reminds me more of damn Impactor than Wheeljack
Really hope Studio Series Nightbird turns into the licensed Skyline, nice none of the mainline figures have licensed car modes.
Apparently a different team than the one working on SS and Legacy worked on the ROTB mainline
@@PerspectiveEnd i mean, there was enough context on why prime's mood was in the dumps, so it should've been fine

Sorry to hear that, but thanks for keeping me informed so I don't start to wonder.
I'm sure this is gonns shelfwarm, so... thanks for biting the bullet, PE, just to sate our curosity
Wasn't expecting Nightbird to be sharing design DNA from Siege Datsun, given fiddly, panel-clashing look of her, I assumed she shared engineering with Studio Sries Car Shatter, and certainly looks like the reasons for the frustration are the same.
These somehow seem more stupidly designed than the legacy dinobots
Hey one of those is pretty good.

I haven't seen ROTB yet since my movie theater isn't showing it yet. Do you recommend or nah?
I think the movie is a 5 out of 10. It's not terrible, it's just boring, with clearly a lot of important cut content.
Most people seem to be enjoying it, you probably will too, but while I far from hated it, I don't see my self ever bothering watching it again, not because it would hurt to do so, but because it would just be a waste of time for me.
