Hi Lui. Here's some guidance on droning in CA - www.parks.ca.gov/?page_id=29229. I flew around Capitola Beach, Lighthouse Point and Mike Fox Skate Park. I fly very briefly and try not to bother anybody before moving on to the next spot.
