Curious on your take on when something deserves a new Project vs a sub section within a project 🤘

@@AllanCaeg - That's a good one! Have definitely debated that quite a bit.

@@37signals - Hey Jason! I'd love to see a video dedicated to the various scenarios in which you'd use a Card Table tool vs. a To-dos tool, and when you'd use both in the same Project, as well as the why and the thinking/reasoning behind each decision. 🙌

@@ChrisMooreOfficial my two cents... Using Kanban to track ideas... And to-dos for checklists under it.
We link the perma URL of To Do Groups to the associated Kanban Card :D

As someone who’s recently started a podcast and learns a lot from seeing how other people/companies do things, I really love these videos!
To me it’s actually also really interesting to see nitty gritty, like how the pitch was written.
    Keep up the good work!

I am really enjoying these windows into seeing how Basecamp (37 Signals) promotes Basecamp by using Basecamp to show how they use features of Basecamp in the real world.
Do you still use Hill Charts? I'd be keen to see how they work in combination with the card table - or is is one or the other when it comes to tracking tools?

You should add voice messages to the campfire, it's a must HAVE for a lot of teams for faster communication!

    Hi Jason
Thanks for the overview on using Basecamp to manage my podcast.
One thing I did not hear you mention was the to-do lists. We have a bunch items on ours. They range from initial scheduling of guests, to tracking post-production, to helping our guests to promote the episode.
For sure I can see how the Card Table will be helpful in keeping track of where we are in the process. But again, we have a bunch of to-do's and I don't see that addressed here.
Do you use the to-do feature? And if not, then I need to dramatically Rework (no pun intended) my thinking.
