Is there a basement in the Glenmore style? ( the last one)
And how big is the garage for these models? Single car or double? Does the builder build the garage or the buyer will need to build its own?

You’re very welcome! With the Glenmore you do have an option to have the basement finished. Sometimes the builders will include the basement addition for no extra charge. As for the garage it will be a double car garage at the back of the house which the builder will have built.

Great question. Most often the home will come with a parking pad in the back and the garage will be an additional charge.
