I am glad I read in the comment that it has been sold. I like the way how it was renovated. It is a fusion of old and new touches. The fact that it was located in Rundle is close to everything and it's an old neighborhood, the lot is huge and the gap between neighbours is still huge, compared to the new communities. Great work!

Hi this home was unique to the area, similar homes do exist; but in different neighbourhoods and higher price points. Currently the existing amount of homes are very low.
