You download the video file using clipr, then you move that video file to a cloud app such as google drive, then download the google drive app to your phone and login. From there find the video that you just moved into the drive and download it to your phone. Once that is done you can post to instagram like you would anything else.

you do know that you can hit the share button under the clip in twitch and click download and it downloads as a MP4 right??

In the PS4 audio settings under microphone you can adjust the DB level of your mic so that it does not come in too strong.
