I think Su has always set her vocal bar very high. In all stages of her career. But she is that rare performer with the drive and determination to always find new ways to raise it further. Seems to me that there is such a great, joyful chemistry on stage now with the permanent addition of Momo. I'm believing that has something to do with the amazing energy now being displayed with every new release.
Syncopation is my #2 Babymetal song (just behind Yava!), so I was really spoiled at Legend MM; I got to see all of my top three songs live in one weekend (Megitsune being #3). Legend MM was a banger of a show full of rarely performed songs. Regarding Moa and the choreography, I think the design of the new choreographies has changed and are more complex and demanding, so Moa has had to up her dance game and that translates to her performance of the older choreos as well. This was filmed at Legend MM on April 2nd & 3rd 2024 at Yokohama Arena. PIA Arena was April 1st and 2nd 2023. Both venues are in Yokohama only a few kilometers apart. Yokohama Arena is a fair bit bigger, holding about 17-20,000, where as PIA only holds about 12,000.
Just a few things: - Budokan is from 2021 and 2014. Tokyo Dome is from 2016. - The "space launch" was actually the intro of the only performance of "Tales of the Destinies" at the Tokyo Dome. - We have "Syncopation" in quite a few Blu-rays prior to this one: 10 BABYMETAL Budokan, Legend Metal Galaxy, Legend M, BABYMETAL Awakens - The Sun also rises, Legend-S, Big Fox Festival, White Fox Festival, Tokyo Dome... you get the idea. 😁 Yes, Moa progressed a lot (basically from zero) alongside Yui. And now she has refined her technique alongside Momoko who is considered (with Yui) one of the best dancers Sakura Gakuin ever produced. 🤘🦊
Well, in a recently interview for an article/magazine the interviewer jokingly said something a long the lines that they must practice 7 days a week...then Moa replied saying that they only practice 6 days a week! She also said that if they aren't practicing current routines, they are learning and practicing new routines.🤘🦊🤘
@@kitkat6407 It makes me angry when I see the haters knock Babymetal. They haven't a clue that these ladies have worked their asses off for years and years to get to where they are today. Total respect!
Since Momo has become a official member there has been revitalization of the group in both performance and personality, Momo has seemed to bring out the best in Su and Moa, when you see them interacting with each other both on and off stage it seems they are having the time of their lives. After the departure of Yui and during the avengers era the future seemed to be in doubt but now the world is their oyster.
This is in my Top 2 of BABYMETAL songs. I think it's fantastic! MOA has some competition now (as she had with YUI) MOMO is considered to a very good dancer.
Great reaction dear friend!! You will react to #METALVERSE - Crazy J (Official Live Video) ?? Its a great song of the sister band... Greetings!!! 💎💎💎 #OnlyTheBearGodKnows #MikoMetal #SakiaMetal #KokoMetal #YumeMetal #MikiMetal ❤️😍
Lol I was wondering what you were talking about but I guess you mixed Syncopation with Tales of the Destinies, since that is the only song that had the space/launch jntro?

I always wonder how much effort and dedication they put in to make such a performance possible.

Great reaction.. this performance is awesome
Moa has competition again

Wonderful comment. So well stated and I couldn't agree more!
👍 👍
Great reaction to a very underrated song. I love it
Metal Resistance Album is a fucking masterpiece.
ベイビーメタルのライブ曲のイントロが長いのは、彼女達の呼吸を整える為でしょうね。
Syncopation is amazing...and I think you're mixing up Tokyo Dome 2016 (you said Budokan), and You mixed this song up with Tales of the Destinies 🤣.
🤘🦊
Road-Runner has addressed that very point-along with a couple of others so I think we're all on the same page again.

Yeah, wondered about that too. Road-Runner seems to have cleared up any mis-understanding.
@@robote7679 Thanks, I just saw his comment :)
