Agree with you Jim 100%. I completed a practice of the Fan Dance last weekend (solo) and it felt great for the soul (a bit grim on the legs…) but looking forward to the next run out all the same. Enjoying your content mate keep it up
LOVE that part of Spain. Quite jealous! Although here in Switzerland it's pretty OK for hiking too. Completely agree about the solo hike benefits. I often go alone and tend to be rowing with my own mind for about the first 30 minutes! Same with running. Really racing mind. Swimming, on the other hand, I find more meditative. Thanks for another good video 👍
This spoke to me, Jim. 23 years out of service I still NEED my private rucks for my own sanity. That view, Mate! 🤩
Ace! Great to hear - I imagine rucking around Santa Rosa is pretty stunning too 😉🙌
Really good words and true facts about what it is like to hike solo!
Thanks Joaquin, glad you enjoyed it 🙌

Excellent video. Thanks for sharing👏👏🙏👍👌but I think that a more fitting title would be "Why Everyone Should RUCK ALONE OR IN A GROUP".
Love this! 💪
Thanks bro 👊
Imagine rucking with some. I never had that opportunity
Keep it up Royal
Thanks my man 👊
Thanks bro 👊
I do this with my dog minimum once a week, we both go crazy if we go too long without it lol
