      Be careful what you wish for. It would be better to say if she had dedicated episodes in The Clone Wars rather than a show. You know what we got with Ashoka, Kenobi and the Season 3 of the Mandalorian.

      Maybe when Star Wars escapes Disney ownership. You know Ventress would just get turned into some lame girlboss that isn't anything like the TV show with current management.

    As cool as this battle was in The Clone Wars, I kind of wish we got to see Ventress doing more stuff before Sidious order Dooku to turn on her, you know showing her becoming more powerful so Sidious has reasons to fear her, like maybe the Battle of Jaiibm happens in this contiunity and Ventress(who was their in Legends), and while somethings are altered like Obi-Wan not being captured by Ventress the end result is the same with a Separatist victory with a lot of dead Jedi and Clones, leaving only some Clones and three Jedi survivors(Obi-Wan, Anakin, and Ahsoka) who escape the planet, with Ventress being a major player, and maybe Grevious too, in the victory and killing some of the Jedi personally.

    I kind of feel bad for the Nightsisters. Most of them are slain on Dooku's order because of Ventress' hunger for vengeance. Hopefully, Thrawn will be able to help this situation somehow now that he is on Dathomir with his troops.

    Man, oh man. Sullust is proving to be more and more interesting. Every "Empire at War" Campaign, with whatever mods I've got, I always fortify the likes of Sullust (and others like Forroest, Duro, Byss etc) because both myself and the A.I. know it's a vital spot on the map, and a Capital Shipyard.

    Am betting Ventress died in an alternate universe on this very planet. It happens, for Multiverse Theory deems ALL AS REALITY.
    And the Sullustans should be grateful they didn't fall into Sepper clutches. They would have been quite hated by the time the Galactic Civil War onwards occurred, not unlike the foolish Neimoidians and the endangered Geonosians.

Kinda messed me wonder why they didn't just pull a surprise ambush insurrection to evict the CIS at critical points in the battle. They obviously were forced into the Cecession

      The whole show, really. They really expect us to believe that Palpatine would consider Ventress a threat when ALL the villains have been undermined with ridiculous and humiliating defeats? Also that it takes away agency from Count Dooku, who should have decided to ditch Ventress of his own accord, like in the comics.

    • @ThePalaeontologist
      @ThePalaeontologist 10 месяцев назад +2

      @@bluehero-96 Exactly, it's pantomime BS convenient to crank out on the regular. Also, constrained by the technological limits and the style of the animation. They have a rough 'plot' to stick to and will go from A to B to C however they need to. Consistency wasn't their concern. The tactics of the space battles feel so jarring being poured through by channels like this because it acts as though these are some gems of tactical genius when really, it's all just guff.
