Those waypoint constraints are correct and there is no problem with VNAV. These waypoints are, for example, 8000+, which means 8000 or above, the plane is managing the descent and is not obliged to pass through the waypoint at 8000, it has to pass above, unless instructed by ATC
When creating flight plans through simbrief, how do you get your cargo/payload values? Do you choose a randomized option? Whenever I choose auto passengers and auto payload, I get an odd amount of cargo weight added, which results in some very sketchy rotations on takeoff.
concerning the low speed you had on descent, I'm not an airbus expert but if it works as in a 737 it's because your FMC calculates a descent path which is a vertical profile, not a speed profile, so it will use all the information it has to calculate a descent path with the FMC speed, however it will fluctuate a bit (in a 737 it will mostly stay within 5kts 95% of the time), especially if something is incorrectly input, here it seems that the FMC doesn't know about the headwind, I'll spare the physical explanation but if there is unexpected headwind, it will fly shallower than it should and it results in speed being lower than normal. In a 737 it will only automatically add thrust when it reaches 10kts under FMC speed (or 15kts on some configurations), idk about airbus but you may have to add the thrust manually. It may recalculate with the actual wind if you "recycle" the route, meaning you take the next waypoint on the route, you put it on top again, and execute, which won't change the route but the FMC will recalculate with current met conditions, at least it works on the 737. if the speed goes over the FMC speed (typically with more tailwind than forecasted), the only way to bring it back is speedbrakes (or other energy management tricks, but energy management is something that takes a lot of time to learn and it's normal not to be good at it if you're not an actual pilot) Overal VNAV is something quite complex and I think it works as intended, it just takes a lot of time to learn how it behaves Great video otherwise, thank you another little thing I can mention is that when crossing a runway you don't need to turn the landing lights on, typically you turn it on only when cleared for takeoff, it's useful for other pilots to be aware that it's a good idea not to cross the runway when they see you, but company procedures may differ (or regional procedures, I've never flown in NA)
Hello from France friend, your stream is perfect ! thks again , a big like ! Got i7-14700, rtx 4070 super and 64 go ram ddr5, but scare to put on ultra ! it's very nice in ultra !!! thks again
How do you access the older interaction system on the cockpit so I can get rid of those annoying blue highlights around everything? They drive me crazy, Thanks!
From what I can tell, the improvement in graphics clouds etc is negligibly better (yes, clouds here in your video looked great), but other than animals in my airport, what big benefit is there moving across to 2024? Thr mountains looked practically the same in 2020. What am I missing?
Better ground handling and better flight physics is undoubted. If you want a more realistic sim for a purely physics perspective. Multiple irl airliner pilots have said 2024 is better. Of course if you only really care for visuals, stay with 2020. Though 2020 has far better morning/evening/night lighting. It looks almost the same in day time aside from better blue sky colors.
What are you using to get around the cockpit? Your mouse or the keyboard? And what about the external views? Can you do a video for that? Thanks so much
Just took off from EHAM to LOWI in the Fenix A320 IAE and I had to cancel the flight because the stuttering was insane. Like almost a slideshow. I don't have this issue in any default aircraft in MSFS 2024
I have no idea how you have a working plane with them. The Fenix's planes wouldn't take off. Does anyone know how to fix this? Or having the same issues?
Hey, When it is available, can you fly to r PMDG 737-800 from Lisbon to Manchester to replicate my irl flight that I did in October? Along with easyJet A321 from Manchester to Lisbon, Thanks.
goto start and type fenixsim in the search bar, and run fenixsim A320. For some reason the external program didn't run. Then give it about 30 seconds and it all should come to life.
May not be FS2024 fault. Sometimes also happens with 2020. Try to manually start the Fenix app which has to run in background along with te Sim. Search for it in start menu in windows, type "fenix", you'll see several applications - livery manager - installer - and the fenix app. After starting this you'll see instruments and other stuff literally waking up in the sim.
I don't mind you talking this much, but talking during approach through the conversion from IMC to VMC and how the clouds "move away" in 2024 is kind of annoying...
@@FlyBySimulations thanks for the sportive reply. Actually it makes your video unique that we get a look at a weather 'break-out' and it looks much better than what I am used to in 2020. Worth mentioning ;-)
@virgileyang1031 0秒钟前 Just noticed that there are maybe some key bond issues with the TCA quadrant : the throttle doesn’t respond to the throttle levier movement, I’m not sure whether it’s a bug in the actual version of fenix a320😂😂

Livestreams would be awesome!
Amazing ...how do you get your liveries though

You’re absolutely right - can’t believe I missed the at or above constraints. Thanks for pointing it out :)
Thank you!!! Thank god we have Fenix in the sim!
you shouldn’t retract flaps before thrust reduction, it’s always after thrust reduction after passing the corresponding speed bugs
It's correct at BASRA, it's +10000 feet and not mandatory 10000 feet, so as long as you're above 10000 feet, your constraint is met.
Great flight and video. Thanks for posting.

You need to make sure you're using the correct Simbrief profile for your aircraft.
@ I am.
Apologies if I missed it, but your flight did you set the trim value manually after it was given?
concerning the low speed you had on descent, I'm not an airbus expert but if it works as in a 737 it's because your FMC calculates a descent path which is a vertical profile, not a speed profile, so it will use all the information it has to calculate a descent path with the FMC speed, however it will fluctuate a bit (in a 737 it will mostly stay within 5kts 95% of the time), especially if something is incorrectly input, here it seems that the FMC doesn't know about the headwind, I'll spare the physical explanation but if there is unexpected headwind, it will fly shallower than it should and it results in speed being lower than normal. Overal VNAV is something quite complex and I think it works as intended, it just takes a lot of time to learn how it behaves
Great video otherwise, thank you

I always have the problem that I can't move with the fenix a320 family after the pushback? Do you also know this?
Well done, goodron! You're a real ueban!
The moose 🫎 on the runway 😭 lol

Ey bro, you miss the taxiway 'C' parallel on the right of 35L
Great flight!
thanks for your review! did you had any issues configuring the controllers? e.g. reverser thrust?
Decent speed is normal. Next time if you enter the winds for cruise and decent then this will be better. TAS reduces with altitude thats why it fixed
My fenix plane bugs out in replay mode, do you have any suggestions to how to correctly take replay videos
Wish simbrief would fix the default arrival runway at CYVR! It's normally the northern runway 08L/26R.
Excellent tutorial. Regarding the graphic setting do you use TAA option?

Which version are you playing? Standard?
greetings, your place looks really nice, I would like to see your settings somehow, it doesn't look so nice and stable with me
How to get straight into the cockpit

Hey bud, my settings from yesterday’s video might help: ruclips.net/video/XZ19KS1t788/видео.htmlsi=dRM5Ekn2RxTWAidk
Do you need good network
Does anyone know if you are able to see the other players airplane when your doing a free flight like in msfs 2020?
I enjoyed watching that, You obviously know your Flight sim piloting stuff, As a noob i can learn from it! Liked and subbed 👍
Thank you so much! More to come soon :)
So it still flys great?
The stock airplanes are so ridiculously twitchy in pitch for me. Even the 330.
Are working wipers a new thing?
Just took off from EHAM to LOWI in the Fenix A320 IAE and I had to cancel the flight because the stuttering was insane. Like almost a slideshow. I don't have this issue in any default aircraft in MSFS 2024
I think they are still improving and adding servers, so the definition and scenery detail should improve over time 🤔
why are my clouds when they move peripherally on the edge as if they have pixels, many pixels are not clear like yours in the video pff why?
Why do I dont have the Extra ipad on the right?
Im New to msfs
Is it a mod ?
I have no idea how you have a working plane with them. The Fenix's planes wouldn't take off. Does anyone know how to fix this? Or having the same issues?
Sorry how to install gsx please?
10000 feet constraint is 10000 or above😊
Should I buy GSX
i cant get liveries to work in fs 2024

that the default airport??
Please watch the video :) it’s explained in the first 3 minutes or so :)
@@FlyBySimulations I dont understunt really good english so...
sick
Hope you get better soon!

My A320 won't take off. Installed and re-installed, still no takeoff. Some other smaller things too. Grrrr!!!
Airports, clouds, planes look great, but the actual scenery looks kind of not up to the level that they promised .....
It'll get there. 2020 had so much wrong when it first came out. Most people forget that.
That's what happens if your airport scenery doesn't have a fence around it. 😆
Anybody else fenix crashes as soon as u click start flight
DLSS or TAA
Why all flight simmer video always seems totu rnout like a tutorial video. Plis somt deviate from the video heading or choose appropriately
Fenix doesn't work for me in FS2024. The EFB is black, all is off and no GPU...
goto start and type fenixsim in the search bar, and run fenixsim A320. For some reason the external program didn't run. Then give it about 30 seconds and it all should come to life.

Lol you can’t even play on Xbox s it’s so glitched my plane won’t even move with my yoke but in 2020 it moves, 2024 is a mistake.
I don't mind you talking this much, but talking during approach through the conversion from IMC to VMC and how the clouds "move away" in 2024 is kind of annoying...
Still learning, still growing. Comments like these really help so I encourage them. Will try and incorporate your feedback in future flights :)
