Fantastic vlog Wavey, one of the best I've seen. You've got a real talent. For that and also sniffing out free Cake 😁 I loved seeing the classic bikes in the paddock, I could watch that all day!
Great content as usual. As you are good at these, do you fancy doing a proper walk through for a complete newcomer, licence prep, what to expect, what to take, pit preparation
Being an old hand at full Race Rotaries going back to 1970 with Mazda in Japan in Endurance Motor Racing with their 10A Engine - So on the similar bike to Steve Hislops Norton Rotary - the 2nd pipe meeting up with the exhaust pipe ahead of the end ,uses a Venturi to speed up the exhaust gas before it meets up with the main exhaust near its end - I would also be interested to know -is the Rotary Housing is Nikasil coated, as well as what the material is made from on the 3 Sealing Apex Tips on the Rotor itself - Thanks for the Vid - very interesting !- the DKW Single rotary is using an Engine out of the old Hercules road bike prior to the old Norton Classic road bike via BSA before it closed down & passed on to Norton who used BSAs Twin Rotor Concept - Cooling was always a problem with Rotaries but had now been fully sorted out, Via both Engine oil separation and central lubrication to Rotor Shaft, plus a different water Cooling process
The Wiz boys have been playing with them for a few years now and have them well sorted. Obviously not an easy bike to develop, but they are clever boys! And I love it that they keep working with unusual toys
@@Cronus111 if you grab the clutch quick enough, you can maintain control.....sometimes. If not, drivetrain locks, wheel locks, proceed to the scene of the accident. You can tell us old boys as our left hands are welded into shape to cover any left lever on any 2 wheel bike. I don't miss riding 2 strokes
Thanks to Dave and Adam for taking the time to chat to me and my mate on the way back from the dyno earlier in the week. Looks like the TZ has been a bit of a challenge since but great result for Martin yesterday. Best of luck for Monday from a Super fan 😂😂
You looked nervous before you went out and quite rightly so, big respect to you lads, I enjoy your videos
Thanks Dave and team. Your coverage of this event is everything.

Cake, Yaay!
What happened to Pete's bike that ended in a crash?
Classic 2 stroke motor seize. Glad he's relatively ok and on the mend.
@@stuffilike4498 and when it seizes, it feels like insane engine breaking or does it coast?
