I’ve been dying for these 2 to talk more about they’re TT experiences. What a privilege this has been. Thanks so much guys! This is the best biking channel on the web by far!!
Can I just show my appreciation and admiration to all you guys who swing a leg over a bike and ride that TT course.
A real test of nerve and skill on the very edge of possible on a sportsike.
Terrifying but seductive too.
Mad shit, and I'm glad you lads are still here to talk about it.
Loving these multi-vlogs. This is the kind of content that got me into biking in the first place.
So before december 2005 you didn't like bikes?
@@danieljordannicol9937 What's your logic behind that? I bought a bike in 2015 after watching bike vlogs for a year
This is such a fantstic explanation of the course at a sensible speed which is unusual as most are flat out with over dub. Thanks guys! Merry Christmas!
Thanks Kevin. Merry Christmas!
The thing that strikes me most about this video is the reverence, and love shown for the TT course. None of usual 44 Teeth banter/innuendo, just blokes paying respect to the greatest place on earth to ride a bike.
We could have gone a lot slower and gone into more detail. So much to digest!
Thank you Al and Boothy for the fascinating insight of a lap of the TT. ROLL ON TT 2022. Best bike channel on RUclips.
Amazing! Done a few laps of the course (at normal, Joe average speed) and it's mind blowing to think of the speeds racers go at. It was the bumps that surprised me most! It could be uncomfortable on a softly sprung bike at 30. To hit them at a 100+ is just unfathomable... Respect to all road racers. Heroes every one of them!
Awesome video, still amazed that a race so intense and demanding exists, even crazier that people like Bruce Anstey can just roll up and send it. The skill and bravery involved.....its like big wave surfing or mountain climbing, an entirely different league.
Love it. Nice one Boothy and Al for taking the time to explain the little ins and outs of the course at race speed while on a bimble round. Bits that look terrifying onboard during races and you pair are "Loved this bend as it was flat out and ballsy" lol. Went there in mid 2000's in November with a mate on a pair of ZX636's and hit 2 days of brilliant sunshine and zero traffic. Hit the dip after Kates on the way down to the Cregg at about 110 mph and the front came up and floated in the air with me laughing and scared at the same time. turned around at the Cregg and went back up and did it again..... and again...... and again as it made me laugh every time. Ambulance crew on stand by in the car park were sat laughing and shaking their heads
It is one of the things that is really hard to explain.
A good perspective of what it really means to ride fast on the TT,big balls needed 😳
What a great vlog. Anyone competing, past and present, in the IOM TT have giant brass balls. Great description of the course by y'all who have been there, done that and got the t-shirst!
Cheers and Merry Christmas to all the 44T crew from a US fan!
Another geat video 44T. What a challenging circuit...and what a superb perspective from you both. Full respect to everyone brave enough to race there.
great stuff boys, always good to get from the people who've done it!
Fantastic vid. Loved watching this and listening to the lads chatting about their experiences and the course. Can't wait to get back over again.
Absolutely brilliant, what a great way to see the TT course through the commentary, thanks for letting us experience your trip around the island!
Love the video. Blue skies and fast motorcycles. *currently watching mid December after a freezing cold day at work
awesome explanation of this amazing place really good to hear it from people who have raced there . loving this channel more and more . I'm sure next year will bring more great content . merry Christmas and ride safe lads .
Great video guys love the Isle of Man went in 2017 what an amazing place to watch top class racers come past you at silly speeds! Just can’t stop grinning the whole week, and then to get to ride around the circuit yourself afterwards awesome!
Great narration with excellent insight into the many nuances of course. I really enjoyed this vid!
Well done boys , that was the best guided lap of the TT I have ever watched. Very informative , give yourselves a pat on the back.👍🏼
One of the many great ideas for a video that you guys have done. You miss so much of the track during the race so it was a fantastic description of the whole thing. Just brilliant!!
Gentlemen , that was superb…..thank you.
I wonder if that Space Cadet @ 30.40 actually thinks he smoked you both….what a bell.
Enjoyed this so much just started to watch it again..
Thanks guys.
Brilliant, thank you both so much.
Best channel on RUclips by a long way but this video is absolutely immense gives a proper insight too the course good job lads
I'm obsessed w/ the TT, so thanks for the nice ride-through!
Alot of what you say about more nuance elements of racing the course is stuff many people have all said before, and as much as you believe what you hear it just sounds stupid whenever you hear it, but the way you guys follow on the explanation makes it much more relatable and allows for a better appreciation for those of us who will never manage to race the TT, it's a little thing but I very much appreciate it. Cracking job boys!
I was SO hoping you’d post a raw of this. THANK TOU.
Great to hear 1st hand experience from those in the know. Thanks a mill.
Amazing video guys, great to get a slow speed perspective on the course.. Great description on the way round about the sections and corners. It makes you appreciate the skill and massive bollocks anyone that competes around it must have. Happy Christmas
Happy Christmas to you too, Matt xx
Respect.showing us on a gentle lap what riding on the ragged edge is like, and then having a ‘local’ flying past at less than 50% of race pace.
Best on board lap I've seen. Loved it
44 teeth video's make a mundane week brilliant, cheers lads 🏍🏍🏍
What I love about this video is they aren’t saying how hard they are for taking stuff flat etc. Genuinely discussing the challenge of each section.
i love these 44 teeth multibike ride outs....nice one lads!!
Absolutely fascinating to see & hear your individual experience(s) of racing over The Mountain Course (at a leisurely pace!). Given the effort you guys went to in order to bring us the ONLY superbike test worth its salt a couple of months back, it would've been bloody rude not to! Thanks both; and here's to us hopefully getting back to a full quota of proper 2-wheeled action on Mona's beautiful Isle in 2022. 🤞
Fantastic video guys :)
First time I went to spectate was 1978 and my god its changed so much, The good old days before poxy artics tearing the road surface and before speed cameras too
I enjoyed that lads. Merry Christmas. Looking forward to next year.
Loved that chaps , thankyou... quality as always....
Great content, thanks mates. Hope to make my way over from Canada before too long to witness this course in real life and hopefully spectate the race. Thanks for the review of the course and everything else you put out.
Excellent vid guys, first time I and some mates rode over was in 2012, worst weather ever they cancelled the Senior that year, but on the 2 days it didn't rain; we rode round the course one evening and I did shat myself on the mountain went into a left can't remember the name, but at 3 figures and it tightened, a bit more than I was assuming.... I have to say having only ever watched it on tv previously, I was totally shocked at just how bad the road surface was in places at normal speeds, let alone at 170+
I came away with a new found understanding of what the racers have to do, to manage a 130+ lap, just incredible feet of endurance and a major respect to all the contenders in my book for riding this road circuit. 👍👍👍
Thank you guys for all of your hard work. I found this fascinating. As an American you see and love the TT, but you don't get to see the whole course all the way through. The broadcasts are always cutting around with camera views etc. Big fan guys and keep up the great work.
Fun drinking game: take a sip each time they say “Yeah”; a full gulp for every “Yeah, yeah”; and a full shot for every “Yeah, yeah, yeah”, then go to the hospital.
44teeth is the gift that keeps on giving. Chris looked a bit grey in the opening shot. Must have forgotten the Grecian 2000.
😂
Fantastic insight fellas, you guys who race there have plums of steel......respect 😎👍
Happy memories, best 37miles of tarmac in the world. Thanks for posting😁
Awesome vid chaps! Long may the TT run 👍
Every racer a total legend! Reminds me of getting my shit on to tackle the mountain. Awesome vids fellas.
Amazing video. Thanks guys for the insight.
That was superb. Thanks gents.👍👍👍🎄
Love seeing the island after 2 years away sector 5 marshal here usually 11th milestone or Handley's I remember you hitting the bank Al I was in the gateway at Handley's flag just like 10ft away from where you hit it
Respect 👊🏼
Great video. Fantastic insight. Balls of steel.
❤
Brilliant vid, great hearing about your TT experience. Amazing place, looks scary 😧
people who do the TT are on another level last of the real motorsports pleasure to watch the TT even with the mic issues we don't care hope we get a TT this year coming have a good christmas boys.
Absolutely magical island to do a lap at any speed is something that will stay with you for life, Can't wait to get back 👍
Brilliant stuff, love the perspective,
Brilliant video 👌 enjoyed hearing all talking about the circuit
Thanks for this vid. Probably the best you’ve done. Even my misses loved it. And she hates bikes 👍 Keep em coming 👏👏👏
Brilliant footage I'm from the Isle of man and I'm over in a couple of days can't wait your footage is making me home sick I grew up just behind the quarterbride you can get under
You guys who do the TT are delightfully but totally bonkers! Respect to you and your stones.
Awesome video! Amazing insight into the course>
That was bloody brilliant boys
Nice one guys, the TT is ‘interesting’ on a road bike on the public days let a lone racing… it’s a ‘must do’ bucket list job to go for any ‘biker’. 👍
Brilliant. Just....brilliant. You have absolutely aced the reviews and vids of late chaps. Including the RR as well. 😉
We'd been planning on getting across to the IoM to go round the course and really breathe it in. This is an additional motivation. 🙂👍
That was great. Thanks 😊
sore after 35 minutes of bar tugging. brillant vid guys, thanks!
Excellent alternative ride through the epic TT course with honest feedback from you guys of the multitude of joyous and heart stopping pieces which makes this the unique race it is - thanks Al and Boothy (I’m guessing Sue Perkins was attending to her hair in some local boutique coffee shop!) 😎
Ace vlog. Can't wait for TT 2022
Such incredible content - right up there with OG dream garage
I just realized that the Honda or kawasaki Al is riding has, in no uncertainty, the exact same taillight as my 2022 triumph Speed Triple 1200 RS.
That’s mental, can’t even imagine what that must be like on the days! 💪😬👀
Major TT blues after watching this! Great video lads.
I think I have a new favorite 44 Teeth video.
Lovely video. Very, very sensible ride for you fast lot actually! Probably even more sensible than my own few first laps after the Manx TT ' 18 ;-) The bumpy, bushy bit before Ramsey that you all dislike was one of my favourites on my boat, eh bike (ZX9R) at I must admit an obviously sedate pace. It was great to be 'there' again. Cheers lads!
This was amazing
Cheers guys..Nice one Boothy loved the track talk...
Fascinating insights. Never had the balls to do road racing at the speeds needed. Thanks 🤘🏻
Guys.... this is brilliant!!!!!
That’s a bucket list item for most of us so thanks Guys! Some day🍻🍻
Great footage of the TT, only watched it and was last there in 2018, miss it hope to be back in the next couple of years
Love the TT course - got caught out & bottomed out on a naughty flyer through the open limit section at Barregarrow in 2015 ☺️. A definite must for any biker Nige👍🏻
Didn’t know barregarrow was open limit fair play
I love this content!! I have always wanted to go to the Isle and don't know if I ever will. But at least I understand the circuit better.
Amazing vid. Didn't think I could respect the riders more than I did but this footage really does make you see it through different eyes. 115 days before i revisit on my beastie 🤪🤪🤪
Nice one fella’s hats off to ya! The thought of riding the TT stresses me out.
it s mad and scary enough being on the verges !
massive respect to all that race the tt
You can just feel the excitement in his memorys of a fast lap.
Just awesome!
Great video ….god I hope it goes ahead next year !
Awesome could watch that all day, roll on TT ‘22 pleeeease let it happen 🙏🏍💨💨💨
Nice, I love the stories.
Realy good insight from a riders point of veiw
"Oh this is my favorite section!" -30 seconds later- "Oh this is my favorite section!" -30 seconds later- "Oh this is my favorite section!" -30 seconds later- "Oh this is my favorite section!" -30 seconds later- "Oh this is my favorite section!"
Absolutely loved this video.
😂
Have they both got 11 points on their licences? I never expected to enjoy two racers going so slow :-)
Al is a legend on 44T, but this new fella is very good too. Top skills and chats.
Thank you very much, Merry Christmas.
what a laugh watching this ... the best motorcycle vids out there!
I was sat on the raised terrace at the Raven at Ballaugh suppin' Okell's when you blarted past Nige. Camping just behind the pub. It was a no ride day. Got steadily shit-faced. Fond memories 👌
great video lads ☝️ like 2 kids at christmas massive excitement haha i now live here and my wife keeps telling to stfu every lap she now nos the corners as good as my head does ! keep
up the good work super nice seeing the weather like this .. winter is bloody harsh .. really enjoyed your vlog 🙌🏼🇮🇲
Basically, one of the things that comes across is the brotherhood. There are people who have done the TT or manx GP, and then the rest of the human race.
It remains a pinnacle challenge for a rider, and the machine. Anyone who does it should be respected.
And as for you boys, I bet you spun a few more laps, and I also bet the beers went down well in the evening.
Nice one boys, nice one.
side note. Peter Hickman on his page has a helmet cam version from a special demo lap on a BMW. Its a staggering lap - he says 'not at race pace' - but none the less, staggering compared to normal bike cams. And a great film for people wanting to learn the track/speed/lines.
Brilliant lads 👍👍🤟
#1 on the bucket list. Great perspective. #Insane
Been over for a few TTs and a few times just to go ride, best time to ride was early morning, most people still sleeping or nursing hangovers. Obviously during TT weeks the mountain is one way no oncoming traffic, no speed limit awesome fun. There are however lots of other no limit sections and roads all over the island there are some magic roads out Port Erin way and around Ballabeg, Ballasala and many more, can’t wait to go back in 2022. Planning on acquiring a KTM RC8R with a couple of mods to take over next year…….. roll on end of May. Awesome video guys gives everyone a great perspective of how committed and brave you have to be to go at race speeds around there, I tip my hat to you……😀😀😀🏍🏍🏍🏍🏍🇮🇲🇮🇲🇮🇲🇮🇲🇮🇲🇮🇲
