Fantastic, just what I need done on myself after my running..... Great to refresh over these treatments! Thank you 😊 Just can't wait to get going again....
John i have a question: the harmonics mobilisation techniques you use in some of your vids are they present in any of your online courses? I tried finding the healing harmonics book from Zachary Comeaux but its hard to come by now a days. Im just wandering. Thnx in advance!
@@JohnGibbons Ok John, than how would you explain my medial-posterior knee pain? It hurts when i move my semi-flexed leg backwards. I am a runner and a chiropractor said it is likely gracilis thightness or some other adductor. Thanks for the reply, i enjoy your videos señor Gibbons
2:25 this is a classic Rolfing treatment for adductors (Session 4 to be correct, as Rolfing are 10 sessions all different to each other), but you should help the customer putting a cushion under his upper leg, so his body could stay better on his side ;-)
Thanks for the message and for recognising it as Rolfing - even though I am trained in the techniques as in UK and no real formal training here in Rolfing, regards JG
I’ve been using this technique on my clients for years with effective result . Thank you 🙏

What happens if releasing without movement?
Still effective but movement from the patient whilst performing the techniques in my opinion works very well, regards JG
