I started as a freelance video editor, did a little graphic & web design work too. So I've got a real & demo portfolio for these services & some written reviews but for video editing only. Now I want to transition into web design & marketing for service-based businesses. I've got some websites & 1 video testimonial from a client for this new niche work. So, how do I position myself now on Upwork, website & social media? - Should I remove all previous portfolios (video editing, graphic) & reviews from the internet & act as a web designer & marketer for my new niche? - Or keep everything as it is, just stop doing that work & just leave it there (I've got some previous job & portfolio for video editing on upwork too)
Great video. One single question I have as a content writer (making less than $1000 a month) is that what if I specialize in a given niche and now I have less options/jobs to apply on? How do we beat that. Let's say I make my profile crypto centric. So, what if, tomorrow, the whole crypto market crashes and clients just aren't looking for any more writers?
