Also about alternators and starter motors I've had the same issue. Try and find a local place that repairs them and get a price and and give the customer the option, it's usually cheaper and they usually repair them while you wait.

Il be honest with you my friend I've been doing this for over 20 years now since I left school and I love your videos . I watch them daily but a thing that keeps recurring in your videos is the faulty and unreliable parts . I had the same issue at the start whilst using euro car parts . When it comes to it and you get sick of doing warranty jobs youl understand and wish you used a more premium brand . I know the customer can ask you to fit parts from there but just don't warranty your labour when fitting them . There are certain things that are OK from there but only knowledge and knowing which things over time can save you allot of time and headache 😊 keep up the good work hope this helps u in some way

@themarvelousvlog just explain to the customer that you dont warranty the cheap parts from euro car parts due to the amount of failing parts in the past and don't warranty your labour you fit on customers parts unless genuine . People think that you are trying to upsell them sometimes but as you and i both know it doesnt matter if the part is 200 pound or 2000 pound we make the same money on both . When I started in the motor trade 'Lucas' was a household name and a go-to replacement for all the car electrical work. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case as it's a 'made in China' issue.. That aside, it looks like on the Panda there is a rain drainage issue that's causing the problem.. Dear me, you'd have thought they would be getting these basic designs flaws sorted by now.
