Omg I’m going to try this for my boyfriend who was born in Puerto Rico but lives in New Jersey. As a little girl when I lived in Brooklyn I’ve had hotdogs which we called dirty dogs because there used to be a man with his hotdog stand waiting up the corner from my family’s old house from Italy for me to pick them up. And would always ask me or order bystanders what toppings they wanted. But I never had a Puerto Rican hotdog. Anyway, I hope my boyfriend likes it. Lol
I'm Puerto Rican (Newyorican) and had never seen hot dogs prepared like this until I went to Venezuela where they are(were) common.
If they make them in Venezuela the same way, it's because they copied it from us!
