    I like your style: low-key, very descriptive, no hyperbole, keep an interesting flow. Thanks. I love the 1500, this after driving cross-country and back with the 2500. I do think that in many cases, less is more.

    I like the solution of the raised floor in-between the benches, I haven't seen that done before. And it was very smart to have a door to the water tanks from the entrance, for easy access. I was thinking of putting my fridge there for better ventilation.

We had to keep going back and watching it over and over but it all worked great. We are now getting a new van and starting a full build. Will be watching all your stuff over and over. haha. Thanks you for documenting everything so well and naming the vendors, very helpful.

    • @JasonKlunk
      @JasonKlunk  3 года назад

      Awesome. I built the propane locker myself, it's basically a top loading box that is sealed up with a sealant and a gasket. Propane is heavy, so if you have a leak it'll sit low - so I have a hole through the bottom of the box/van where it vents out in case of a leak. There is some good information here: faroutride.com/propane-system/

    Hey Jason, have you been happy with the way your DCC50s charges your battery? My DCC50s seems to stay in "boost charge" mode at 14.4v as long as the battery is full, which is not good for lithium. Also it never seems to switch from "green" full battery to "orange" light. Have you noticed any of this or tried to fix this?
