Pitty that leglocks are illegal nowadays in Judo. To begin with they were allowed and trained. This can be seen for example in Kyuzo Mifune's The essence of Judo. There's also a short 1:38 minutes excerpt showing just the leglocks section. Both videos are here on RUclips.
