So, it says I must be able to provide the original Google account and password to the account this phone is linked to? Is there a way of owner releasing the phone prior to locking it up? At&t says not locked by them or stolen... 'Used phone purchase...and don't know the original owner.' would At&t be able to contact? I could only find a owner macaddress but don't know what to do with that either...??!??
