I know it's a super high cmc, but why no Storm herd? You're running green with a lot of ramp and ways to gain mana, and it scales off your total health! It's a finisher if you're in a leading position, and a last stand if you aren't!
Seriously considering Shanna. I don't have a Lifegain deck but the style appeals to me. Lifegain decks tend to accumulate value in an steady way, gaining life whenever practically anything happens. Creatures entering? Soul sisters gain life. Creatures attacking? Righteous Cause gains life. Lands entering? Grazing Gladehart gains life. Drawing cards? Horizon Chimera gains life. And of course there are so many ways to weaponize life gain.
Good suggestion! Psychosis Crawler could certainly burn away huge swaths of our opponents life totals thanks to our wise array of draw effects, while also being a big threat itself thanks to our large hand sizes.

I blame the thumbnail due to lack of coffee... *sips 4th cup* But glad you enjoyed it! Shanna a definitely a fun Life Gain commander that nets a lot of value, so upgrading any Sylessnia or Azorius build to Bant to have her lead would be a good choice (in my opinion).

I am partial so some over others when it comes to playing them - The Reality Chip, Eruth and Tormented Prophet for example are some of my favorites when it comes to piloting.
Soul of windgrace, please. I have made a version relying on valakut, the molten pinnacle, but I am not entire happy with the end results, feels like i stall too often. Would love to see what you do with Soul of the wind. But to be honest, my vote could go to any of the three suggested.

Brothers War looks pretty solid so far - the commander decks are pretty solid out of the box and the spoiler we've seen from the mains set look pretty fun. Can't wait to do some build arounds for it!
