Shifu, would you recommend that those who are more out of shape to cut the time in half (so, instead of 2 minutes each, go down to 1 minute and build up to 2 minutes)? And possibly increasing the 15 seconds cooldown to 30 seconds?
This man is an absolute beast. It was a mistake to know what an intense 25 minute workout is for this man. 2 minutes each on a 15 second rest? I would pass away trying to finish this. Rest in peace whoever did this and succeeded
No harm in scaling back two of these exercises at first. For the basic burpee + kicks + punches, do fewer burpees and more kicks and punches. For the pushups, ignore him, get on your knees and do the Tyson pushup. Of course, the objective is to keep up with him eventually!
@@juniorbusato5741 eh it was a bumpy ride at the start but I eventually did it everyday for about a month then I stopped, I still do it occasionally tho it's fun and I keep coming back to it

I'm doing this training every day to have more stamina, today I was going to skip it because I'm sick to my stomach but I did it anyway, I finished just in time to run to the bathroom 😆

This is some nice warmup aka training. I've been practicing Wing Chun for 3 years a while ago and now do Boxing. This training has elements both from rope jumping, kung fu long distance jump training, static planks and boxing warmup punching elements. This is perfect when you don't have will and powers to make a full training for 1.5 - 2 hours but just to keep in shape. Thanks so much for this balanced high intensive training.

Every day I use this, I have improved my staminah I am now strong from an age of 46 I became young and not more lazy and now enegertic...this is very good!!
It's been years since I did any sort of regular workout and chose this one because i love martial arts. I fell into a couch coma at 15 minutes. After taking another look at the video I see it's high-intensity. Now I don't feel so bad lol. My new goal is to make it to 16 minutes!! 谢谢你的锻炼!

I've done this for about a month now and I can successful finish the entire workout without an breaks. Its so magical and I feel so much lighter

@@KUNGFULIFE-shifuyanxin 对,我也是这样想的,夏天来了,该动起来了。我在巴黎,准备去释延麦的武馆开始练武,就是那个在少林寺待了十年的非洲人,外号非洲李小龙哈哈,很强! 我女朋友从08年到现在练了12年武术了,我那时候去少林寺就是陪她的,学了一些功夫皮毛和养生功法,五步拳,八段锦,少林十三式之类的,那段时间天天早上五点多起床开始训练,一天三练,精神头很好。很怀念那种状态,现在先跟着你的视频学起 :-)
