I really liked Mirage
I did the 10 minute open conflict one with dodging a snake . Felt like an eternity
I ran in a circle for 10 minutes and the samurai was chasing me😂😂😂😂
I just parried a guard in the damascus prison for 10 minutes haha. It definitely did take agesss

I had one of those Bounty hunters freeze in a hall way and just sat around and waited lol. knocked out the combat and full notoriety for 10 mins
I put the 10-minute timer on my phone. I dodged and blocked an enemy guard for those 10 minutes. Once the trophy popped up, I killed him. Lol
Congrats on getting the Plat JC! - I can't wait to get around to this game myself, the only one standing in my way to complete the entire series

As much as I agree it's a slight step in the right direction, I don't feel it's what fans were asking for really. The only way to actually make a drastic enough change is to get off the Valhalla engine, which based on the feedback with this game I'd assume Ubisoft will do so for the next big release. Love the smaller world, love that you're actually an assassin, but it's just a fact that the parkour and assassination animations are far far inferior to older games. They need to base the style of gameplay off of Unity, then focus on the story around it and it'll be a fine combination. I also am much easier on this game as I know it was a smaller group with much less funding, so they did all they could. I just think we have to acknowledge that this is absolutely not "the roots," still have some way to go.
Tip for the Blade in the Crowd trophy you can use the magic 5 kill thing and all 5 will still count as you being in the crowd because it all happens in less than a second which is how long the game takes to register you as out of a crowd

The blade in the crowd trophy if you use assassin focus when you are in the crowd it would work I struggled with that one

I 100%’d the game in 4 days. I was hoping for a bit more content. I know it was probably the right move to scale down the game, though. It was more fun than Valhalla and odyssey for me in the sense that I had to change my gameplay to be more like an assassin (sneaking around, really scouting the area, using different tools i.e. smoke bombs, sleep darts, noisemakers). Overall, a fun game; but too short compared to the last few releases.
Yeah I preferred the big games to be honest, but so many people complained about how big the other games were haha, so we ended up with a smaller one. Great game still though!😇
Easiest Platinum I got in a long time. It was a nice 35 hours.

I didn’t know the AI be triping this bad 😂 still better then unity during launch that was a whole diffrent experience with AI

I didn’t know that “blade in the crowd” trophy was bugged I had no issues white the trophy when I got it the only trophy that didn’t pop was the “scholar “ trophy
Really strange you had a different one bug too! But yeah a few people have had the blade in the crowd bug, the new game suggestion was on a forum somewhere and it worked!
finally an actual assassins creed game! enjoy the rpg creeds but they don't hit the same as the assassin games

Couldn't agree more that it's a step forward for Ubisoft I did enjoy it and got the platinum for it but due to broken trophies took me longer than what I expected to take. And yh the graphics weren't great, Unity had better graphics and that was out in 2014 and yh lots of people, myself included had a problem with Blade in a Crowd trophy.
I got the 100% yesterday. Didnt pre order so I can't get the 25/25 for the codex citizens of the caliphate because I dont have access to the forty thieves quest.
But the rest I completed fully, even the enigmas.
Love this game. Up there with Ezio trilogy

You didn't need to start a new game. The best way to get Blade in the crowd is to max out your assassin's bars, stand "in the middle" of a group of people and the assassin's chain. You do it twice and you get the trophy. I myself missed the Snooze you Lose. After I beat the game and had collect everything, I need I had to restart the game. I got lucky. The next day, New Game+ came out. All I did was skip the tutorial, locate a dude with a shard and put him to sleep and get my last trophies.
I did that many times too. It was just bugged😇

Thanks dude! And yeah I think I counted roughly in my head like 40+ kills including ones with that ability chain just to make sure it was bugged🤣 It added more to my story in the video though haha!

So no one else needs to suffer on the blade in a crowd trophy, use assassin focus while blended and it counts every time.

Only thing I wasn't too keen on was the length and the melee combat could be more exciting, stealth aspect was amazing

After beating mirage I rebooted 2 and realized how far standards have fallen.
