Why is this game I never played having more beautiful painted graphics than other dungeon crawlers of the era? I have played eye of the beholder, dungeon master, lands of lore, but this one background have more interesting fades/color hues, also there are background that don't seem to fit the grid gameplay at first, very arbitrary but beautiful like the mountains,. but seem to work
I played this game back in the day and I never really got into it, I found it very hard to play and did not like it that much. Good to see someone doing the gameplay!

Though I admit the murder spree at the beginning was a heartbreak to watch, lol. But a funny one, considering it buils its own rather original legend, "of a guy who murder a guy who murder a guy", in a group of islands where being a hobo means potential death at every corner! xD

@@cristian_st. gracias. La verdad que este juego sin soluciones o guías es imposible de pasar. Y el Ishar 3 es incluso más difícil, ya que cuando más experiencia tienen los personajes del equipo, los enemigos también son proporcionalmente más fuertes también.
@@johnmullins8928 exacto " sin guías es imposible" es lo mismo que yo pensaba alla en la decada del 1990, asi q los deje, ademas el manual del juego hay q tenerlo si o si. En esa epoca todo se pirateaba, asi que aparecian algunas revistas con guias pero no siempre y muy pocos juegos. (recien voy terminando ishar 2 en esta semana, mira cuanto lo deje tirado hasta que GOG me lo recordo jaja )
@@cristian_st. todos los juegos de Silmarils son extremadamente difíciles. Por ejemplo Le Fetiche Maya, si no haces las cosas exactamente en un orden concreto, luego ya no puedes llegar a la final, porque se te gasta el combustible, o el aceite. Incluso si haces compras equivocadas. De todas maneras logran crear una atmósfera única todos los juegos de esta compañía, lástima que no llegaron a ser tan famosos a nivel mundial. En mi opinión, por lo difíciles que eran.

Music starting at 4:49 does not exist on pc version? I tried Amiga version on WinUAE but I have 'Disk B' screen, all disks loaded
Ishar only supports one disk drive, if I remember correctly
I have just tried Ishar 2 with 3 disks with WinUAE, when Disk B is requested, I had to press enter to continue loading.

tenes que obtener el colgante amuleto de los monjes del idolo, con eso ya no aparece
