Everything happens for a reason and there is absolutely nothing wrong with having fun with sports. It can truly make you deeply happy and feel strong at the same time. Gluten is the main ingredient in seitan, but if it’s a baked goods recipe, you can swap it, the macros might just not be the same. What is the trying to swap? Happy cooking!

Love this podcast environment! Like you, I took a break from running races (marathons, etc...) to allow myself to heal. But I have yet to return as I discussed with my wife...I have nothing more to prove and now I just want to train to be healthy. Its such a large pill to swallow and admit to but once I decided, training became fun again. I also just switched over to Vedge and I'm loving their products! Hope to see more of this type of content 😊

I love this and the transformation challenges. I think you should call the podcast Fit Vegan Podcast. It makes it easy to search and find and build on your brand. That actually how I found you. I searched vegan and fitness. I listen to podcasts all the time but yours would be only one I know that combines fitness and veganism with a focus on women. You demonstrated your interview abilities with the challenges and guest speakers.

Nothing wrong with realising something isn't for you anymore. Nikki Blakketter, Michelle McDaniels all quit because it was becoming unhealthy. I live their channels for other reasons. Keep the recipes and vegan inspiration up and I'm not going anywhere.
And I would love to know if you have any guidance on older women. I just turned 45yo (thanks to being vegan, I don't look it, but I feel it 😄). I have worked out HIIT and heavy weights for years (hot yoga, CrossFit competitions, strong man, weight training for physique goals). I like hard workouts, but it doesn't give me the results it used to & my body can't handle it anymore. I don't really see any trainers that talk about staying fit - they are all about "getting fit" over 40yo & their advice is for beginners.

You're allowed to grow and evolve and I don't think any of your viewers want you to keep doing something just because that's how you started your channel. I've watched so many RUclipsrs fizzle out because they got tired of posting the same kind of content. We don't want to lose you! I love following you because you make fitness look fun and approachable. And it's just fun to "hang out" with you here or on social media, no matter what you're talking about.

Nothing wrong with realising something isn't for you anymore. Nikki Blakketter, Michelle McDaniels all quit because it was becoming unhealthy. I live their channels for other reasons. Keep the recipes and vegan inspiration up and I'm not going anywhere.

And I would love to know if you have any guidance on older women. I just turned 45yo (thanks to being vegan, I don't look it, but I feel it 😄). I have worked out HIIT and heavy weights for years (hot yoga, CrossFit competitions, strong man, weight training for physique goals). I like hard workouts, but it doesn't give me the results it used to & my body can't handle it anymore. I don't really see any trainers that talk about staying fit - they are all about "getting fit" over 40yo & their advice is for beginners.
