Investors. Thanks for the video, I especially found the bit about bilateral loan agreements useful. I’m new to property investing. It was Chris Taylor who put me onto your RUclips channel.
Great video again Jamie, lots of good content.
Investors! Great info Jamie. Keen to know more 😎
Super content Jamie, Well put together with your usual humor chucked in for Free😁😁 A part two of how you then pay these investors back would be a great help, for example do you pay them there percentage back monthly like the banks pay interest on your savings? Do you refinance the property after three years to then use that money to pay the investor back? Do you use the money for flips? These are the sort of things I would love to hear, As probably many on here wouldn’t want to get to the end of the fixed period with an investor and not have their money without selling the house. Keep going Jamie an inspiration to many… Keep buying 🏡🏡🏡
High quality, high value information as always. I have learned so much from this channel over the past few months and will certainly be subscribing to the Education scheme in the next few months when i am ready to get the ball rolling. Thank you Jamie
Much appreciated!
Another great video Jamie, "Investors" please. Would love some more on this topic!
Noted!
The content King 🤴🏻
Just a little thought from me. As a former property landlord taking a break from property (it was stressful and I have a heavy going day job) I know there are a lot of people like me that exited property investment because of all the hassle. I will go back one day, but you might want to think of ways of attracting them back as investors. They know how it works, have made all those early mistakes, but perhaps don't like dealing with tenants and agents. Definitely a niche there...
Great video mate I’m liking the investment vids 👍
Glad you like them!
Investors. Great content 👍
Was going to leave a comment on your next one asking you explain more about "network is your networth" .. perfect timing
I was reading your mind 🤔
True value Jamie, thank you. I'll be sure to shout you out when im on forbes :) I love the 5-1 rule, we're in the era where value is the most effective marketing. Establishing the What-ifs is definitely going to be something I'm going to utilise when I find my first investor. Opportunity really does present itself in every walk of life when your eyes are open to it and you talk about your goals. I'd be interested to hear your story (maybe on a short) on how you found your first external investor!
Thanks Tom!!
Investors. More content on this would be brilliant thank you.
INVESTORS - I would like to know more about, how to sell an idea to the investors; if there is anything specific they like to hear, that can convince them about me and what is it that they do not like? Thanks for the great video!👏
Hi Jamie, another very and truly incisive, informative, impressive, intelligent and personally for me both insightful and inspiring RUclips video. Thank you for sharing. Investors
Glad you enjoyed it, Thank you!
Great video Jamie! Useful content! I am a professional landlord and manage 5 buy to let’s and its getting harder for landlords to make a decent living!
Investors - thanks!
YES!
INVESTORS
Thanks Jamie
Excellent video! I've found tonnes of value from all your videos Jamie. So thank you very much! Just 2 quick questions! How long do you like to borrow the investors money for? (I know some people that do it over 3-5yrs) And also if you're promising say for example 6k a year for a 100k property, what tax would you be liable to pay? Thanks in advance :D
Hey Jamie good vidéo so that’s really hard to find some investors
It’s not hard once you know how mate, I’ll do more videos to try and help
Yes yes investor
Investors, I got a lot of value out of this info thanks
You’re welcome!!
Hi Jamie, this is my next step. How do you go about doing the personal guarantees n stuff. I have found an investor for my nxt project but wanting to make sure it is water tight and legal. Cheers
Hi Jamie, could you make a video on the new changes proposed by the government recently please? The main one being that s21 will be abolished so non fault evictions will be banned potentially by 2030. Also looking to introduce a register for rogue tenants etc. This will be the nail in the coffin for BTL investors as if it wasnt bad enough already with s24, tenant application fees, 3 percent SDLT surcharge, no wear and tear allowance and mortgage interest not allowed to be used for reducing tax and electric test certificates.
Cheeky pithing without pithing and selling without selling 😅.
MEGA VALUE AS ALWAYS!
Thank you Jamie. A fascinating insight. You mentioned offering an investor security, I can see how this might work on a short term bridging loan prior to remortgage, but how would this work if you were borrowing for a longer term and a mortgage company already had first charge on the property being financed?
Kim, you do this via a 2nd charge or RX1 Restriction. That way, the asset is secured. Should you try and sell it, the conveyancer should contact them to settle the charge.

Hi James, really appreciate you. I have a land mass of 23 hacters and I'm having difficulties engaging investors to invest to buy or go into partnership.
Thanks very much. What location is it? Feel free to message me Instagram @jamieyorkaspire
This is the hardest thing for me to get going with. I've already got a few rentals but raising cash through an investor just seems out of reach.
Na! You’ve got this Paul! Start talking and ask what returns people want
Investors - I am starting your EPTA on Monday and this is a strategy I like the look of in the short term but things like paying the loan back in 3 years?! How would you go about that? Would you have to sell up? Are just some, probably very silly questions/obstacles I can’t quite get my head around
In three years you remortgage and pay back the loan. The value should have increased in that time. You might have to leave some money in but in the main you should get off all out.
Investors.
Can we have legal advice. Investors will pay for documents, we need our own I assume. How much to charge? New to pitching, can you still charge full fees?
Love the videos Jaime I’m 17 turning 18 this year and I want to get into the property game do you have any tips or ideas on where I should start?
Hi Tevita
I would invest in education first like books, network events and good/reliable courses. Maybe then progress to getting a mentor while getting your capital together.
You going need to wait. You can, with the right resources (people and money) get started now. Good luck
investor
Jamie you've got a scam going around on your RUclips comments.
His name is "pinnedby Jamie York" and he's asking people to message him
Urgh! Happens all the time. Thanks mate, I’ve removed from channel

What sort of assurances can you give people for their money? I was wondering what you can do to give people security to invest in you?
If it’s against property, you can give charges. On top of that you can give legal personal guarantees
@@JamieYork Thanks for that. I'm working my way through your content. So much good stuff here. Thanks for uploading.
