iPhone 13 Pro Max & Pro: Big Camera Upgrades BUT Shady Marketing?!

With the release of the new iPhone 13 line, of course there's always a debate if its a worthwhile upgrade or not. But, with us concentrating on more of the iPhone 13 Pro Max and Pro we look more into the camera and video side of things. I made this video to help friends and family but I feel its a good discussion piece that we can all comment on. As the announcement happened, time has passed but we also learned Apple left out so key information from the keynote and was a bit shady on hiding some omissions for the base 128gb models. We don't go hardcore into any specs in this but here is my general thoughts. Let me know what you think in the comments below.

Hopefully the 120hz thing is at launch and they'll open it up later once they know how it performs in the wild. Might be concerned about battery usage.
I know companies only want to highlight the good, but sometimes it feels like they think people won't find out the downsides.

yeah im sure its just a switch they have to turn, simply the fact is that itll allow 120 hz for their apps ya know. But once again, we are paying so much for these phones....just open it up

Eric for the price I'll stick with my Samsung Galaxy A52 5G.....it's pretty good and only $299 at Best Buy

Hi Eric…yeah, I’m also an 11 pro max user and i am looking at the 13 pro max too….ill probably jump on the new one….I’m one of those subscribers that has followed your channel for a long time

I have an 11 promax and won’t be upgrading to the latest apple phone for these reasons: no in display finger print scanner (it’s still a nuisance where we still need to wear masks), usb C (European Union is putting a ton pressure for apple to use USB C, c’mon my iPads have them), cinematic mode is still at its infant stage shooting at 1080p 30fps and it feels like portrait mode when it was first released to iPhone, no 4K 120 (it would be a nice to have), no 10x telezoom like Samsung.

yeah I wish we had a touch scanner or something like on the pixel but its not that big a deal for me, mask or no mask. I do wish it was usb c, pure alone for the power and charging speeds. but all in all a lot of it is software too so who knows. But coming from the 11 series to the 13 is def a nice jump imo but from the 12, nah

I still use the iPhone 7 and don’t want to get rid of a phone with a Home button. I’d love the upgraded camera though.

I held off for a bit when they switch to getting rid of it but honestly, i dont care about not having the button at all. The swipe up and facial recog. is so simple you just forget about it. I still have a home button on my ipad and its almost weird to have now ya know.
