Thanks for the very helpful video. Do you equilibrate the slurry with water before or after you add them to the column?

Good question. Ideally you should do it before, the slurry will settle very quickly if it is fully equilibrated, but if you don't mind waiting for it to settle then you can do it while it is on the column.
