    I do javelin myself and know many top throwers on a personal level. that is totally wrong.besides the grip

      Thx. I'm in a jv team and not the best jav thrower ever. I throw around 15-20m. This comment made me feel extra crappy for my meet tonorrow :(

      evoevolution they missed possibly the most important part, ur left leg has to be straight and plank into the floor.
