I'm intrigued by how the lactate testing fits in and how you measure the training with this method, and what you try to achieve will the sessions and the lactate levels. There's probably a lot of other self-coached athletes that would be interested also. All the best for the offseason!

I really enjoy watching training videos, what you are hoping to get out of a particular session, then afterward hearing how it went, etc. I also love the gorgeous outdoor shots of your location, whether it's Norway, Spain, or other training location. Also, it's very kind of you to speak English to each other for your viewers, but as for me, I love the sound of Norwegian. I'm just beginning to learn the language, so hearing it spoken in natural contexts is a really good way to develop my ear, and there are no native Norwegian speakers where I live.

Just one thing to prove still: doing a hot ironman. Many, many athletes struggle with that. High sweat rate, loss of salt, stomach problems from drinking so much. This is where Patrick Lange shines. Even more than Jan.
