I’m using the TT Sitero saddle on all my bikes
I did a 400 fly once On a bet and that was enough. 10k is just unimaginable. I’m enjoying the vlog, keep em coming if time permits.
I've been in Bergen a few years ago for a short visit, such a stunning place! thanks for your videos, I'd love to have a ride there but I imagine the climate is a bit different from the one I'm used to!
When it’s sunny, it’s really nice to ride and run here in Bergen! Just a shame it’s raining like five out of seven days a week 🤦🏼 but I guess that’s what make you stronger 👊🏻
@@kristian.blummenfelt my local guide said it's often more than 5 days out of 7! but certainly this makes you stronger, for sure from the mental point of view. Maybe you will have to spend some extra days at the race venue for acclimatization prior to an important race. Many congratulations!

In term of comfort I would recommend you to get use to the Venge for long rides as well. The week before I did a 305k ride as well on my TT bike ( Shiv ). But that was something I really struggled with last 100k.
The benefits by using venge over Roubaix or tarmac is that it’s faster on the flat, so you can cruise more

In Norway you get about 20cent back for a can when you return them. We pushed on giving the money to charity stuff, with a lottery tickets in return. Could win 100.000eur, but we didn’t
