I do feel hats are my best seller for sure. Probably 85% of my business with it. And that includes beanies too. Think beanies are my favorite and easiest. But ball caps looks the best. Thanks for watching
@@ttowntshirts I’m definitely only looking to do only hats/beanies, now that I have this machine. Hopefully next year I can get a multi head for bulk orders and single head for one offs.
You need to adjust your hat hoop ricoma has a video how to do that if you have one of there's. I also Ave switched to 80/12. And sometimes it the way you have you file run
The brand of these hats are The Game. The customer brought me the hats. But i did look them up and you get have to set up an account. If you Google the brand you an find them.

I think the digitizing needs some revisiting IMO. Density of the puff satin stitches is too tight. In the curves you can see they are bunching up a bit. Could be some angle lines needing to be adjusted. Another tip, heat gun works much better than a lighter for cleanup. When foam has softened a bit using the heat gun, push down on the foam a bit and it should smooth out the puff a bit more as well. Just a few pointers. You can use them, or not 🤙🏾
Thanks for you thoughts I don’t digitize most of my logo’s. But being to tight i dont see that. And the lighter i will disagree for sure. I’ve tried the heat gun and that takes way to long and just take up more room then it needs to. I work in a small place. Thanks for watching I will take all of this and see if i can see the angles your talking about in my software.

Polo's are super easy to do also. Need the mighty hoops and station but those are even easier than hats.
Nice
I also have the TC-1501, which bobbins do you find work best in your machine?
I use the magnetic ones from Madeira. Do have to watch out with thise tho. I find some backwards. But I just flip them and use them.
Thanks
Thank you
T-Town, is there anything I need to do to embroider on structured hats. I keep getting needle breaks

@@dr3ad.3d it's all good I know a lot of people do things different for sure. The best part about it all is if the customer is happy then it's a win.
I'd have burned the hats
Burned the hat when using the lighter?
