I think so too. You are right. I guess I just liked the flat black thread because it was the first one i made. The shiny black is more sharp and distinct.
I just purchased my 1501. Can you do a video regarding which needles to use with particular garments? Are you using titanium needles on your machine? Love the hat
Thank you so much for your videos. How can I fix in chroma these gaps in big complex fill tatami stich. I have super big logo to stich for motorbykes lether jacket. ButI have some places that I do not like.
So, in the end, how many test hats did you use before you were satisfied with your results? Do you end up with the same test hats used per design? What should we expect as a percentage of non usable stitch outs?
Thanks for this video. Question when you rethreaded the needle 🪡 I didn’t see you put the thread through the pressure foot? Dont forget to oil the machine
Yea. Putting the thread threw the presser for is actually an unnecessary step because the machine does it on its own with the first stitch. Putting the thread behind that hook above the needle is also entirely not necessary. As you can see it works fine without doing both. The trainers told us that at Ricoma when I went to Deco summit. Oil, yes my actual hat hoop attachment was squeaking. I had to oil that. No one ever instructed me to do the but oiling the hat hoop attachment is actually a thing. I did it and you see it stopped squeaking.
I see your designs look very nice and clean without an excess thread. When my Ricoma makes an automatic cut it leaves a long excess of thread on top of the design. Do you know how to adjust it? Thank you very much!!
hello brother, a video will be possible where you can explain how to configure the Ricoma to embroider multiple patches and configure the colors if they are 8 colors for example, I have problems with that thanks
Did the flash drive come with the machine? What size is the drive? I read something about wifi before I purchased. Can you not shoot the design from the computer to the machine?
Yes. You can use any color bobbin thread i actually went and got some. But I’ve since adjusted the file loosening the pull compensation so the thread isn’t pulling white thread threw the bobbin.
Question about false thread break. The thread is caught in the bar behind the needles! not tangled just held there. Any words of wisdom for this? I have stopped using my machine until I get help for this one.
@@adubbproductions LOL No problem! Great video! I love the white stitch out with the black background on the camo hat! You're right, no machine is plug and play you gotta take out time to figure it out and perfect it! 🙌
Yes. Indeed. It’s kinda fun. Sometimes when things aren’t working out i walk away and in the middle of the night I’ll have an epiphany then try it the next day and everything works out. Lol it does take time.
Distressed look! - Looks good
Yes. That’s the word. Distressed. I’m gonna remember in the next video. Lol after I forgot in the last three. 😂
Wow, the first time that I've seen that use of the groove on the needle for threading. Thanks.
KING TROUBLE SHOOT !! Looking fresh my dude
🙏🏾. Just like you bro. We are gonna master these things.
I can’t wait to get this machine! Thank you for so many tips and sharing experiences with us! Much appreciated!!
Looks amazing!! I'm liking the polyester threads easier to read..great job!!

Thank you for sharing your oops with us. It helps us learn what to watch out for.

Cool hats and great video
Thank you. Thanks for watching.

You are welcome.

When my Ricoma makes an automatic cut it leaves a long excess of thread on top of the design. Do you know how to adjust it? Thank you very much!!
You have to turn the top tension at the very top. Tighten it and the tails will get shorter until they go away.
Got it! I’ll do that. Thank you very much for your time.
@@adubbproductions Just did the adjustment. Everything looks clean no long tails at all. Thank you very much my friend!!
@caiovida7 excellent. 👍🏾
Thanks for letting me know I’m not alone 🤣🤣🦾🦾
fire fire!!! That's right
🙏🏾
That hat is 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Thank You. Appreciate it.

Yes. I got you. I’ll make one for you.
@@adubbproductions thanks so much appreciated
hello I have a question for you A-Dubb, what is the best reasonable budget embroidery machine for beginners when designing a custom trucker hat?
Great video.
do you do all your own digitizing?
How do we find that 3d puff material??
Did the flash drive come with the machine? What size is the drive? I read something about wifi before I purchased. Can you not shoot the design from the computer to the machine?
Good job 👍 👍👍 perfect 👌🧵🧵. , Next please one video complete digitalization on software 💪
Thanks. Thanks for watching. Here is a vid i did on chroma. ruclips.net/video/kszgsan421c/видео.html

@@adubbproductions thanks bro 👍
No problem. More coming.
So the machine designs are listed by file name only? The files don't display as a small image?
I'm Having very similar issues with my MT-1501 3d puff with wide stitches. Did you have to raise the pressor foot when doing your Puffs ?
What are you using on hat? Foam?
Banging!!!
Can you use black bobbin thread
Yes. You can use any color bobbin thread i actually went and got some. But I’ve since adjusted the file loosening the pull compensation so the thread isn’t pulling white thread threw the bobbin.
Have of question what font did you use for the cap
Good question. It wasn’t a font. I used shapes and manually created each character myself. Glad you like it. 💪🏾🙏🏾🙌🏾
@@adubbproductions that's what's up being creative
All hale king Trouble Shoot!!
😂😂😂😂
What kind of 3d puff do you use 2mm or 3mm?
What brand of puff paper did you use on this video? Thank you in advance
Amazon foam. Nothing special.
@@adubbproductions , Thank you. I'm new to this game. I'm watching your videos now. Keep teaching!!!
What is your needle size on this hat?
75/11 on everything.
Question about false thread break. The thread is caught in the bar behind the needles! not tangled just held there. Any words of wisdom for this? I have stopped using my machine until I get help for this one.
The hook drags the thread up there sometimes it accumulates. Just cut the extra thread and keep it going.
I think the word you're looking for is distressed 😂
Yes. You are the word smith. 😂. I can never remember. Distressed. Lol I got it next time.

Ricoma = problems!
Black was not a good choice for that hat. Didn't even notice it.
Welp. I just had to order a restock. Sold out the first batch. Somebody likes it.
