    Great video! The importance of fast-food founders was brought home - literally - when Dave Thomas of Wendy’s fame passed. My mother worked at Wendy’s, and it almost felt like we’d lost a member of the family.
    And my late MIL loved Reese’s cups so much that I mentioned that love in her eulogy. She always kept a bag of the miniatures on hand.

    • @pauldelgadillo1827
      @pauldelgadillo1827 6 лет назад +6

      Yeah but Glen Bell died and he was buried in his own private family graveyard on a ranch he purchased in San Diego County. I looked it up but I also looked up Robert O Paterson, the founder of Jack-N the-Box, a San Diego icon because the man attended San Diego State followed by UCLA, where the man majored in Economics. After WWII Paterson opened up several fast food places with the name of Topsy's or Oscars in the San Diego area. It was due to the two speaker feature from the box with the clown on top, that the real innovation of Jack-N-the-Box took off because i do remember that at a many of the McDonalds, a person had to get out of their car and order at the window.

    This was a great idea!
    You should do something like this with old tv shows or movies.
    Do it by eras. Always wanted to see where all of the Golden Girls are placed. We've seen Estelle. But not the other two.
    Can go to other places like you did with the foods too. If their not all in California

      Both Bea Arthur and Rue McClanahan were both cremated. So they have no place to visit.

    Hershey was a really cool boss. Building a whole town and park for his workers. If only a lot of bosses out there could be that nice.

    I grew up in Southern California...have seen many of these establishments while they were still "Serving The Public" and remember many being in the news because of being demolished! People will chime in that one or two were left off the list...but this was a fun ride down Memory Lane for this Beach Bum now abiding in Ohio....Cheers Everyone

    Ahhh the peanut butter cup, a favorite of mine. Thank you Mr Harry Reese, for bringing joy into the world with putting the chocolate in my peanut butter, the peanut butter in my chocolate.

    You do have a knack for spinning a story together to hold an audience to the point of, "well that concludes....". Just like that you have produced a very interesting story.

    Colonel Sanders’ story is so inspiring. He failed in so many aspects of his life yet never gave up and only found success with KFC in the last roughly 20 years of his life but he never gave up.
