Fantastic playing by the soloist. Unfortunately, it feels like the orchestra and the soloist are never really able to come to an agreement on tempo. Maybe it’s hard for them to hear her, but things just never seem to be lining up in places where it seems they should. The conductor seems to be keeping a very clear tempo, so I’m just gonna have to chalk it up to a boomy hall and maybe not too great sensitivity on the orchsstra

Looks like excellent playing. A pity the recording doesn't give the soloist the prominence she deserves. Balance is a common problem with recordings of performances.
