I remember seeing Diana Krall back when she played the Top o' the Senator, a jazz club here in Toronto, from time to time. She played with the late great Ray Brown. That was before she was a singer, just a very fine pianist.

In fact, she got a scholarship to attend the prestigious Berklee School of Music in Boston because of her piano. And, as I say, the first couple times I saw her she played and didn't sing.

Great concert, saw it in Dallas, TX when she came through on the tour. It’s available on Blu-ray however, so I don’t know why anyone would want to watch it here when you can get in high def/surround sound etc on Blu-ray…. The other thing to note, if you were only interested in the audio it came out on CD as well and came be streamed/downloaded in 16/44.1 quality. The sad thing about that is the audio only album has never been released for streaming/purchase as a high definition (24/96 or 24/192, etc) flac/dsd type file. Don’t know the reason for that as I believe every other audio album she produced is now available in high definition format for streaming or purchase/download. For a live album, the sound quality & video for that matter are particularly good for a music concert.
The only thing I do not like are the commercials are ten times louder than the music … there should be zero commercials in a jazz presentation - ruins the entire ambiance

my husband is missing. He has been gone 1200 + days he is 84 years old last seen with Uber drivers I think that there is identity theft I got information from a general friend of mine on Facebook that my credit looked insane. We are retired university teachers, I am 64 years old. I have multiple sclerosis and no access to medication. I beg that you try to get help for me. The local police are hostile and have attacked me honestly they really have.

I believe we are entitled to our opinion. Whoever doesn't agree is cool and fine.So again,yes in our and many people eyes concerned with this in fact do believe this to be true.In the whole scheme of life ,this is really not that important.

I wish I'd seen her with Ray Brown....I love his trio with Benny Green on piano, 'Live at Skullers' on Telarc for example.

Check out her biography - she was well established jazz singer far before learning to play piano.
