A few years ago I was a teacher at the Women's prison in Chowcilla, CA. I worked on death row. My boss gave me a budget and I ordered all the books this man wrote and taken into the prison. The one I loved the most was "Why Good People Do Bad Things".....I pray those books helped to change the women's lives.

The beauty here is maybe reading between the knowledge and inspiration and the simplistic, quick win and practical questions...

This conversation makes me happy, fills me with peace and the confidence to keep on. Its so much better on this side. Take it from one who was so gripped with fear for such a long time. Thank you and I will keep watching Dr Hollis’ interviews. Guys, we need to know this and to keep working with ourselves. There lies the peace ‘that surpasses all understanding’.

What about autism ADHD and neuro-divergence?
Do the same principles apply for self inquiry, agency and choice in terms of changing difficult perceptions and behaviours?
How does psychotherapy address these traits and biological differences as we navigate life transitions and crisis?

talk is cheap, the juvunalia of his PhD is getting in his way of doing the truth, he is stuck in that time of 30yo and has done nothing since, most academics have that problem that they have never lived in the world

He blends his academic knowledge with his real life experience. The more I listen to him the more practical he seems.
