WoD was a very significant outlet for me and quite a few of my friends. We were essentially misfits growing up in a rather backwater and backwards area. One of the key things to every single good session (or long-term "campaign") that I've ever been a part of or actually crafted/conducted was having a fitting background soundtrack. After all, those RPG's are essentially movies in which players (and "dungeon masters") have an actual role and audio material can work absolute magic on the actual process. This particular piece definitely fits for a vast spectrum of WoD possibilities. Cheers!
Weird that I'm finding this now. I've been a WoD storyteller for 20+ years with friends and I've been using Silent Hill soundtracks for most of those years. They fit so well together, and so does this atmospheric piece, so thanks (a bit late) for that!
A hunter gathering the intel to find their target in the night, before another victim is found. Time is of the essence, the trail is red, it's overdue already.
"You help a friend regain his memories by connecting your spirits and minds. You figured you'd perform a little ritual and just unlock his memories. That's what friends do, right? To the say the least, the magic worked a little too well. Next thing I know, we're freefalling through an infinite sky, reality crumbles around itself, reforms, snaps back! Now, a werewolf understands magic when they shouldn't... hopefully the cult's more impressed than mad." - An overly ambitious mage
We are using this great ambience track on the first Shadow of Chicago episode on the channel. Really enjoy it, and if you want to check it out feel free :)
Genialísimo, si se cambia la música del videojuego VBTM y se pone esto, queda perfectísimo y macabro, siendo ya buena la música del juego, esto es arte propio digno de incluirse dentro de ese universo de WOD.
If I wanted to use this for a Chronicles of Darkness campaign and make a video. Would I have your permission to use your music and credit you? @SilentHillPiano
Hi, I'm gonna be starting a youtube video game chanel and the first game is gonna be VTM Bloodlines. It has problem with copyright music as of 2019 and I was thinking of playing this track in the background so that it's not completly silent. Would that be okay with you? Also I've been using your music for the past 2 years in as a WoD DM and it's brilliant. @SilentHillPiano

It kinda reminds me of Hollywood Unused theme from VtM Bloodlines, I feel the Rik Shaffer's influence

This composition really sets the mood for reading World of Darkness rulebooks. Thank you!
This is great, perfectly captures the mood and feeling of the World of Darkness. Thank you.

Amazing! I am soo gonna use that for my Vampire Pen&Paper session as well. Hearing it in loop over and over while I am preparing my session :D

Si hicieras lo mismo con Hotel Dusk y/o Last Window sería genial. Buen trabajo con esta pieza :).
Te refieres a hacer una version en este estilo? :)
SilentHillPiano Sí, eso mismo. :)
