My personal favourites, in no particular order: Santa Monica Theme. Honestly, a classic. Actually didn't really like it that much when I first heard it, but now I only have have to hear 3 seconds of it and I'm falling into a nostalgia trip. Hollywood Theme. Holy shit I love this one. Probably in my top 3. When I hear this, I can just imagine the more shady streets of Hollywood at night. Knowing about Rick's mental place when he wrote this adds an even... heavier feeling to an already down song. Open Season. Fell in love with it at once when I heard it in the Unofficial Patch. It really added to the scene of my Fledgling trying to escape Santa Monica, with seemingly the whole city after their neck. Wonderful choice of the Unofficial Patch team to use it there. Vesuvius. My comfort song. I actually listen to it quite often during the evenings. It's a very sensual track, and for me it's really soothing. I love how great a song it is for VV: sensual, comforting and a bit...perhaps melancholic? Perfect for Miss Velour. Now that I think of it, the Hollywood area in general has such an amazing vibe for me. It's a place where dreams come true, and yet it sounds so... yearning for the old times. Chinatown Theme. Absolutely gorgeous. Could be used in a movie. I really like how many sounds are used in this one. Great daydreaming music in my opinion. To Live Forever. This one is a great song depicting the Fledgling. It makes me stand still by how fucked up it would be to have your life changed forever in one night, being thrown into an eternal game of bloody chess. Great music for creative writing, especially dramatic moments. Festival. Another one of my top 3's, perhaps my number 1. I just really really like this one. It helps me sleep. If anyone knows more tracks that sound like this one, please let me know. Edward's Theme. With the Unofficial Patch, this plays when you finally leave the Ocean House. I always linger a little outside to listen to this play. This World, Then The Next. At first, I didn't like this one and thought it to be too... repetitive. But I've grown fond of it. The repetitiveness actually fits the area this is used (crawling through vent after vent during Fat Larry's mission never gets old). I also have a soft spot for guitar riffs like these, so all in all is this song great in my opinion.

Big Portishead vibes.
Some of the unused tracks are at the same time some of the best of the whole soundtrack, it's amazing. Rik Schaffer has to like Opeth, Porcupine Tree and such.
One of the things I'm trying to get is how King's Way is connected to the town in Hollywood as after the fight with the Fleshcrafter, and finding the body of Luis Salvadore, you find a way back in town. I did that to stock up on some ammo and blood before going back to the Warrens to fight the creatures to reach the Nosferatu.
I needed this, thank you so much for the upload
Best mix ever i seen
I love you so bad for making this.
Absolute gem of soundtrack. Composer should be in the BL2 soundtrack as well. Speaking of BL2.. Can't wait til Paradox decides to enlighten us and share news about BL2!
Don’t hold your breath that game will be a mess
And not in the good way the first one was lmao
@@falloutdaily1354 Was going to be a mess but hey Hardsuit Labs got the boot (thank fuck). Their game models looked hideous and gameplay looked horrible. Whoever dev has it now I bet they're doing a lot better with the game than they were.
@@Unholy.Witch. This couldnt possibly be more wrong unfortunatly... bloodlines 2 is unrecognizable
I mean made that comment over a year ago and Rik Shaffer is in it I think? Anyway hoping for them to deliver a more polished game. And I'd say there's a lot of polishing to do just by looking the recent updates they shared. Let's hope this comment ages well..

Sometimes I wonder
Los Ángeles at night is similar to the streets of VTM?
Honestly, it can be especially around winter/fall
welcome back from the block
Hello everyone your listening to..The Deb of Night…..
Real Good Music!!!

I could have sworn ive heard the unused Hollywood theme. Did the patch add it in? in a certain part of the game perhaps?
God I miss vampire the Masquerade bloodlines such a classic
Why do you "miss" it? I'm playing it right now and I'm enjoying the hell outta myself

Ost is pretty reminiscent of some of Akira Yamaoka's work for the Silent Hill franchise. A little trip hop-ish with a more gothic flair, love it.
35:53 i hope this song finds its way into the sequel
