I’ll be 80 next month if God grants me more time & I grew up in Cleveland, Ohio, but I did not grow up with music in our home. I was still in grade school, about the 5th or 6th grade, about 11 or 12 & I was at my a friend’s house. They kept their radio playing all the time. When I first heard Blueberry Hill by Fats Domino I knew it was different & I loved him & his music. We’ll probably never see the likes of him & Ray Charles ever again. So glad I got to listen to this concert. Thank you RUclips!!

This has got to be one of the greatest concerts of all time! Unbelievable to have Fats Domino, Ray Charles and Jerry Lee Lewis all together playing Jambalaya! Just tremendous! I could listen forever.
In the 50s my Daddy had in Houston one of the best orchestras. He retired to Santa Barbara to take care of my Grandpa.Everytime I visited him I sang Blueberry Hill and he would play the piano. Now everytime I hear the song I cry. i may be 76 but I'm not ashamed. His name was Claro Galvan and his Taxco orchestra .
Folks, it doesn't get any better than this, wow! How much talent together in a bar, those lucky few that were there to see them! If only I could have been there, that would have been the greatest memory.
I was a Concert Promoter in the 60's in Baton Rouge and New Orleans. I was my dream to have all three of the Greats on Piano at the same time and my Baton Rouge Montel Records in the red shirt & sunglasses, Harold Cowart playing Bass. What a terrific performance!
What a soul-lifting joy. Incredible talent playing beautiful music with no division, anger, hate, or profanity. Just respect and love. This the cure for what ails the world.
@Tennessee Phil we were doing better until our govt decided to sow division among Americans & I for one am sick of it. It's been going on since 2008 & it's only gotten worse. This is beginning to look like the end of America as we've known it. It's heartbreaking 💔
