Im not sure about using the customers water , id think of having my own supply . Isnt tap water bad for panels ?
Dynamic tow we use the customers water but it goes thru three of our DI Tanks in the van before it gets to the customers panels on the roof and when it hits the panels it is 100% spot free ...Thank you for your comment
Using the customers water is not a big deal. They won't see any significant charges on there water bill. Maybe $5 at the most . Furthermore tap water on panels is 100% safe. Whoever says otherwise don't know anything about solar panels.

We use commercial insurance ...Check with a commercial broker.
What would be a good cost to ask the customer per panel to clean ?
$7 to $9 per panel is the average even more on smaller jobs
