Justice was served ⚖️ Bring on Billy!
They said he didn’t pull the trigger but that doesn’t matter because he did nothing to stop it , having months prior to do so.. he played follow the leader right in to prison.. he’s absolutely guilty and part of the reason a whole generation of a family is gone !
God bless these prosecutors! So happy for them and the families
Well done, prosecutors, investigators, jury. You must all be exhausted -- rest a bit before Billy.
Where's the rest after you guys had to cut the stream, I want to hear the rest of the prosecution team speak. Ty
No question as to his guilt on all counts under Ohio law. The state absolutely proved COMPLICITY! That's all that was required.
Did he really think he was getting away with this?? Lol
WCPO 9: when the beginning is labeled AWAITING verdict, maybe DON’T put your stream title as “guilty on all counts”
Good Job. Punishment cant be harsh enough. RIP Rhoden Family. Justice for Family and Friends.
Well if Jake knew anything about the law, he would have not mentioned George's name. And no one should believe George didn't know anything about this plan, that started six months prior
I will be happy when the sentencing is complete.
Regardless if George is guilty or not the fact this prosecution team was the most inept that has ever been seen in any recent trial.
I believe the jury got it right. However I think Parker either really believed GW or felt badly for him of his raising. JW and GW sure could have had better parents
Thank God the jury had just a shred of common sense and was able to see what was clear. There was no way that Jake and Angela planned this, down to every last intricate detail, for months, using George's credit card, assembling silencers, etc, all while living in the same small house, the same house in which Beth could hear family conversations from the next room, without George hearing or knowing about any of it. If you don't believe that was possible, then, his entire defense is destroyed. His lawyers knew he was guilty. They were just doing a job. He had no defense. There was no way to prove that he wasn't involved or that he knew nothing of any planning. They could, however, prove that he and his family did everything together. If you watched every minute of this trial, it seemed obvious that George was there, and, quite possibly was even more involved than what Jake admitted to. His lawyers knew he was guilty.
Thank goodness!
Umm!! Umm! Umm!🙄
This woman is so childish speaking
The courtroom itself is an antique
He called the credit card fraud department back and told them yes he was the one that ordered that cellphone signal scrambler, not momma not brother not daddy George called them back!
Totally agree he was guilty. I still think there was a case for reasonable doubt. Jake and Angela could be easily discredited and not be considered as reliable witnesses but I think their testimony and version of events was most likely truthful
George should put out a hit on them lol
What happened why did y’all just leave like that and the girl seemed mad asking her head no but anyways I’m so glad justice was served here continued prayers for the victims family
Told you it would be quick. This jury wants to go home. Holidays around the corner.
Wrong to convict without evidence just to hurry and get it over with
He got what he deserved ..great job prosecution.the defense lawyers thought THAY was so smart lieing for George..prosecution put it on the defense.
I'm sorry they never proved the case the only reason he's behind bars is because of Jake who ratted h out . Good thing they had Jake's confession
They did prove the case..Jake's testimony was evidence. Lol! All you folks crying "reasonable doubt" 🤣
What most people don't understand is "reasonable"
@@CandaceRanee No Jakes statement would be hear say. It is his word against another. There was no physical proof he was there.
I agree they did not prove he was there or did anything. Jake’s statements were hear say not evidence from the prosecution.
@@tjayebranham2025 🤣🤣🤣 no!! Lol
Awesome job guys 👍
How many hours did jury deliberate? Seems a bit hasty considering all the evidence they had to review. Seems like they just wanted to be done with it.
Yes just wanted to get done and didn't care about justice
There were 9 women on the jury. I can’t help but think that they were moved by the young mothers who were murdered while breast feeding their infants and left in the beds with their deceased parents. That would be hard for me to get past.
Alittle over 7 hours.
I know you'll are praising the prosecution but they almost lost this case, They were given a blank check from day one , things they should done like see the Wagners as very probable suspects just based on they're a criminal enterprise and the persons that committed these murders will have a stronger than average obsession with firearms most people don't have silencers if they would have just got a search warrant early on for their bank statements they could have seen the calls they were getting about the Wagners needed investigated much sooner!
Check check one two. Get the stream back up
Yes!!!
Just a quick question… wondering if a jury is allowed to consider the death penalty even if the court doesn’t have it on the table?
No
No the Judge cannot do that
Death Penalty . This disgusting person slithered away from.....What a shame.
Was there anyone from the Walker family in the court? Grandparents or cousins?
It doesn’t start until 22:06 just FYI
Did take long enough
He’s got way too regal of a name for the crime that he has committed.
I love when he is wearing prison clothes
So everyone claims he's guilty. Is that because he is or just what you want to believe?
the woman prosecutor needs to be fired! she’s horrible
I don't think he not. It if one noneall done it. Angel' s. J Jake. George and Billy Geor
Justice was. Served. Finally 😂😂😂
i always think it's a shame when a so-and-so the fourth goes to prison. the end of the george washington wagner line. all you geniuses had to do is not be assholes and you couldn't even do THAT
The the judge is gonna get paper poisoning
They clearly didn’t pay attention; this prosecution was a joke and didn’t prove that George was even there.. at best this should’ve been a hung jury.. The female prosecutor needs to be fired she’s absolutely the worst I’ve ever seen
I totally agree with you
She did a fine job. He’s as guilty as sin. Are you a critical thinker? There was no other potential outcome. Proven beyond any reasonable doubt.
@@RUclipsreplies clearly you didn’t watch the whole entire trial; This trial was nothing more then about What Jake did not what George did. Not one time in this case did they prove he was there. What Jake or his mother testified means nothing when they took a plea.. Prosecution can have them say whatever they want when it comes to a plea. No one knows because non of us were there.. Again she’s the worst prosecutor I’ve ever watched.
@@RUclipsreplies agreed
@@Dkapparel23 I completely agree’ the prosecution were so dire” I even thought rationally that there could be an actual acquittal ..
