    Question though

    WOW that looks delicious! Off topic, but I made your Chocolate Syrup recipe. I only used 6 TBSP of cocoa (recipe calls for 2/3 Cup) and it was EXTREMELT BITTER. How do I remedy this? I tried adding extra vanilla and an 1/8 C more Allulose, but it's still got a bitter taste to it. :( Any suggestions on how to get rid of the bitterness would be GREATLY appreciated!

      Were you using natural cocoa powder? And any other sweetener?

    • @angelawagnon9778
      @angelawagnon9778 10 месяцев назад

      I used Hershey's 100% Cocoa powder and all the exact same ingredients in the recipe.@@AllDayIDreamAboutFood

      @@angelawagnon9778 Yup, and that's natural cocoa rather than Dutch process. That's my guess as to why it's bitter. Dutch process is much more deep, rich, and chocolatey.

      @angelawagnon9778 10 месяцев назад

      ok. I will have to figure out where to get the Dutch processed cocoa then. Now trying to figure out what to do with this batch. I may add some coconut oil to it and mix it into some keto mint ice cream to make mint chip. The chocolate flakes in that are kinda dark and not so sweet. @@AllDayIDreamAboutFood

      I like using cacao not cocoa for anything I want "chocolately" and don't notice any bitterness. Just a thought.

    Looks delicious but the straw that you use is more poisoness than a plastic one.....
