I got my periods after 2 days i started this so I couldn’t do it lmao. I started it again but i was on a vacation at that time so i did it on and off. If i guess out of 21 days i did this for at least 13 days. I have grown 3 cm. I was 147 cm now i am 150. It’s definitely helpful if you have a bad posture like me or just want to stretch your body really good.👍🏻

I'm 20 year old and i started this workout 5 months back, my height was 5.7ft and its still the same. I honestly didnt see any difference. If ur fat it will reduce ur weight and give a good full body stretch which will make you feel taller but u wont grown tall.
