Used to be a lot of this a couple months ago but now i am just tired and confused since there is a lot of work and i procrastinate a lot, so not much time. Any tips on how i can get back and continue training and improving myself? Its not like i have given up but i just end up procrastinating on things i wanna know cause i keep thinking i might be able to do it later though i know i won't.
I completely understand where you're coming from! It's so easy to get caught in that cycle of wanting to improve but feeling too tired or distracted to make progress. Procrastination often kicks in when there’s a lot on our plate, but one way to break the cycle is to start really small. Set a short, achievable goal each day-maybe just 10 minutes on a skill you want to improve. Once you’re in the flow, it can be easier to keep going. Also, remind yourself of why you wanted to improve in the first place; reconnecting with that motivation can make the process feel rewarding again. You’ve got this, and you’re not alone!
