"I Said You Can Not Videotape In Here...It's Private Property"

- This video is for everyone who's been asking me to record outside a synagogue. Synagogues & mosques are few & far for me compared to other houses of worship as it has to do with logistics, scheduling, locations & timing, but here we are. I arrived just before 6pm & Friday evening worship got underway at 7pm. Rep. Katie Porter was scheduled to speak that evening on the topic of threats to democracy now & in the future. I had a few encounters while I was doing my recording. The main encounter was soon after my arrival. It was from one of the security guards who approached near where I was standing. She cam over telling me I needed to turn around & record in the opposite direction because the synagogue was private property. She threatened to call police as she retreated back onto property. Police did arrive some time later & the security guard approached the patrol car to have a discussion with the officer . After they talked, police proceeded in their vehicles towards the parking lot exit near where I was. It was rather nice to see there were no directives , as the officer stated to the extent that it was a beautiful day/evening & went on his way along with the 2nd patrol car just behind. I did catch a glimpse of Rep. Porter as she arrived heading inside about 10 minutes before 7pm worship got underway. A fail goes the the security guard who called police & a pass to the officers from my vantage point. Chime in below in the comments with your thoughts on this one & as always Thank you for tuning in to the channel !

We must pressure Congress to pass a Federal law that calling 911 for frivolous reason is a crime punishable by a $500 min fine!
$10'000 ..... $500, people would not care at all.
@@markmalasics3413 You would have to repeal the First Amendment, Repeal Freedom of the Press and probably a few other rights that would end up turning the USA into North Korea, China, Cuba, Russia, Venezuela or some other Workers Socialist Paradise.
Most states already have laws regarding false accusations. The police don't usually enforce them. I'm guessing you can sue civilly for the false accusations if they result in charges or harm.
Gotta account t for inflation. $10M and 124 years in prison
Society worked just fine before 911, it’ll work after it’s gone
I like that.
But America's court system is overloaded already.
The insane logic of a person in a passing car who is invisible to the camera, to stopping the car, rolling down the window, putting head in front of camera, then parking the car to get out and walk IN FULL VIEW of the camera. All while saying they don't want to be on camera. Incredible!! Nice pics of Katie Porter!
Just know that they drive of believing they are doing their job as a concerned citizen
I'm betting there's way more than one camera fitted to that vehicle...
"It's private property." "Oh, cool, so is my camera, so they're compatible."
Burglary, domestic violence , traffic accidents , cops may or may not show up. Person with a camera , scramble the SWAT team!
Yep, almost 100%. "We got a call."
Agree, 100%. Best comment ever.
@@snowycatinseattleshe wasn’t playing games with security
@@snowycatinseattle Kick a hornets nest and you will always get the same result! I do not support Israel for obvious reasons,I'm not antisemitic.
Haaaaaaaaaa sorry to laugh but so true. And two cop cars not even one. Wow Chris is really breaking the law. Guns need to be drawn when you contact her. Immediate action is needed .
That lady thinking that she has any type of authority is just mind-blowing
She is simply a well-behaved "goyim", exactly what supports the agenda.
Yeah she should head back to Korea where she belongs. She doesn’t like freedom or rights so 😂
Nope she’s a democrat from California so no she’s not for the people.
Welcome to the 2020s where security guards dress like they are guarding Fort Knox....they have no clue what the difference between private and public property is....and English always seems to be their secondary language.
Anytime someone says what you’re doing is strange, just correct them with “I think the word you’re looking for is peculiar!”
perfect!😂😂🎉🎉😂😂
The pedant in me greatly approves of this. 🤣🥰
The best words to use is “becoming more and more COMMON.”
The best words to use is “becoming more and more COMMON.”
It would be ironic to know how many 'security' cameras are installed on the property, and are operating 24/7.
I won't lie. When I first saw an audit on a church I was a little offended even though I'm an atheist. But the more I thought about it, the more it makes the ultimate sense because they're both first amendment protected activities
I'm a Christian and I completely agree with you. It baffles me how often they get angry and come out making threats or call the police. Doesn't seem very Christian to me.
Church idiots think it's just for them nobody else that's the problem
I had the same feelings - like it was crossing an invisible line or something… but especially since every one of these establishments is completely tax-free but obviously enjoy the trappings of a taxpayer (police come when called) there is no shame in exercising 1A to document their 1A.
Could you explain specifically what you found offensive? No one ever says.
There that smug self satisfied grin by the badass hero doing the cam back. Not hard to be a hero in his own mind when the scary threat is a camera. I wish these freaks would explain themselves. What do they think they are doing besides looking like fools?
Hi there the security guard tried to tell you to move along got educated these type of videos are my favorite thanks for sharing
As I’ve stated many times before I love the audits at all different houses of worship because of the 1A applicability to both sides. The irony and hypocrisy are sometimes just unbelievable. Please, more houses of worship - all faiths. Thanks!
Well said.
I would love them to do the church of No MA’ME 😂😂 I bet Al Bundy would respect your 1A rights
@@johnross8614 🤣🤪🤣 Church of No Ma’am! Good one! 😂🤣😂
@@johnross8614 Remember the Church of what's happening now Rev. Guido Sarducci. LOL.
Probably find the police say "there's nothing we can do" as apposed to 'its a right' in the majority of times.

Send them a bill for a useless 911 call for reporting a non crime. MONEY is the only thing the tiny hats understand and relate to. Nothing angers them more than being handed a bill.
Isn't it amazing how universally stupid folks are about the legality of filming in public? (And equally stupid when the cops say "UNFORTUNATELY there's nothing we can do about it"..........Unfortunately !?!?!?)
Ya, unfortunately!!! These frauditors are annoying and a waste of people's time and energy. Losers without a real job.
Yes, that always bothers me. Why does the cop instinct tell them, yeah, I'd like to arrest these people for nothing illegal. Disgusting mentality.
@@RepublicConstitution To dirty cop's and oath breaking cop's it is unfortunate they have to do that which is lawful.
My line is well in (state country) this is perfectly legal. Maybe it wasn't where you grew up, but it is here
love when you're a bit more assertive and put them in their place
Yes, probably best no to escalate to the NC Tyrant Hunter level though 😂
@@RepublicConstitutionwhat are you talking about, he’s the most bestest good good audit out there.
@@RepublicConstitution good point! But we have to realize, Chris is in California, compared to North Carolina, completely different cultures. NC Tyrant Hunter is in his element where he audits! Would be interesting to see him and Chris swap locations!
@@adamkucera9094Most bestest? Well done on butchering my language.
@@RepublicConstitution Is he actually putting out new material again? I had to unsubscribe when he got in trouble and started reposting old material trying to pass it off as new.
People really do not understand public vs private, privacy rights vs First Amendment protections for media and free speech.
I’ve been watching the people in California and no matter where you go the people in California all think they run the country. WRONG. They all think they can tell anyone they want what they can and can’t do.
The guard’s not carrying the Roy Orbison look very well.
I love church audits .they have the best darrens and karrens.
For a second there I first thought it was Roy Orbison in the thumbnail.. but he's dead. 😅
Thank you. I was flummoxed over trying to place the look. Hats off to all these women over 70 that have not a single gray hair. What's their secret to eternal hair youth while ther faces look like a road map.
This was the perfect video for that security guard to say "With everything going on in the world today, you never know!"
6:30 I love how this lady's walk tells it all. She is ANGRY and people need to abide by HER rules for the world!
Wow first time to ever see you on camera and I've been watching for a long time! I've seen your reflection in windows before but to see your face and put it with your voice completes the experience.
THANKS FOR FIGHTING FOR OUR RIGHTS!
The minute you said synagogue I thought, oh boy, this will probably be very interesting.
I can’t believe Roy Orbison is working security now.
You beat me to it
Sad to say, but I always anticipate security is going to fail in these tests due to their ego on thinking they’re some type of Top Flight Security Agent.
In this case, PD did okay, just let the calling party know that you’re not doing anything illegal, keep the directives to themselves and ride off into the sunset.
How quick they forget, driving Mercedes, BMW’s and Volkswagen’s.👎🏻
Once, just once, I would love to see the police go up the the complainant and say something along the lines of “What part of the first amendment do you disagree with?”
I would dance in the street if a cop said that! I think these people are strange...so there.
When the guy was doing a cam-back, security was grinning like a fox eating yellow-jackets, lol.
Perfect. They're documenting that there's no crimes being committed.
It's always interesting to see the attitude of the holier-than-thou parishioners and this sinnergogue did not disappoint.
Thank you for sharing and for educating.
It's Roy Orbison! Back from the grave.
I really wish the police would issue these busy Bodies a ticket for wasting police resources.
I'm sitting here watching a video about a threat to America having a speaking engagement to discuss threats to democracy. America is wacky. 🤣
Love Katie Porter, we need more like her in our government.
Local police upholding their oath to our Constitution and NOT violating the videographer’s civil rights. Great job, didn’t even attempt to issue any directives.
Cops who know the law, know their job, and move along without making official contact. ✊🏻 And Katie Porter! 👑
Strange to you; normal to me.
Easy "Yenta" it's only a camera.. 📷
Katie Porter is one of our best !
Was that security guard Roy Obertons lost daughter? LMAO!
hey ehy from st john's Az. Love your work keep it up.
Was that Roy Orbison guarding that place? Where's his guitar?
I haven't seen many synagogue audits but I remember a really crazy one that Furry potato did a while back. After she was done filming the place, one guy followed her all around the city, she walked him like a puppy for several blocks until he turned around, exhausted and sweaty. It was wild lol
As usual another outstanding audit. please keep the great content coming.
Thank you & will do 😀👍❤📷📱🇺🇸
Thanks for the video! Have a great day!
We already have laws about making false 911 calls to promote a aggressive response from the police . There MUST be MORE TRAINING for 911 operators ! There MUST be MORE FINES or Penalties for to these callers , PERIOD ! !
The problem is if someone calls and a 911 operator could decide not to send a cop to respond, if something actually happened at the location the caller had requested service at, the jurisdiction would be sued, lose, and have to pay a huge settlement. Cheaper to respond to all calls instead. Besides, it's not like the jurisdiction has to hire a cop, buy a vehicle, and put fuel in it when there are always lots of cops riding around doing nothing. It doesn't cost a penny more to respond to these sorts of calls. And ordinary people aren't trained about what is and is not illegal, so no law could demand they be able to make that determination. What is illegal is calling 911 and lying, not being stupid or uneducated.
With the recent rise in antisemitism around the US, I can understand their apprehension, but I also understand and respect the 1st Amendment.
Fail for the "security" people; pass for the cops not issuing detectives. Another great vid, FAR!
Private property doesn't mean privacy from public view.
It amazes me do security guards get any training they never seem to know the basic laws and they seem to be so arrogant 😊
It is their job to be clueless!
It never ceases to amaze me how wrapped up in their own little lives these people are. They are so out of touch with the world that they have no idea what freedom is. When they are told that recording from a PUBLIC sidewalk is legal, they appear stunned to hear it.
I love Katie Porter, such a smart, no nonsense person.
The Representative should have given a speech on threats to our Republic. We are not a democracy, we are a Constitutional Republic. True Democracy is bad. It means 51 people can make all the rules for 49 people. I don't like that idea.
i love the content always fascinating
Katie Porter is the SMARTEST member of congress!!! She is 100% for the people!!😎👊🏾🌱
Is she a democrat from California? If so then she’s a democrat. Theres no democrats for the people.
Security guard job is to observe and report, not engage. The problem is most receive little or no training
Believe no one was in shorts to worship. More respect than I have seen at churches.✝️
I don't recall any dress codes in any of the religious scriptures. Jesus said, "Come as you are."
@@panamafernandez4641 sorry, didn't know about that.to me it just shows respect.Knew someone who wanted to be married at a Mission and were told their shoulders had to be covered!!!!!
Awesome. You listen to your audience.
Can you start handing out private applications like Walmart and McDonald’s if you go to post offices or any government places… this will solve the uncomfortable issues our public employees have.
appreciate your polite yet objective demeanor... great auditing imo.
I appreciate that
1980s bowling show music as usual❤ and your graphics remind me let's go to 1970s TV shows😮😊 Quinn Martin production type.
As stated several ťimes,, a letter of note from the States Attorney's office for each state you visit would do wonders for such vicissitudes.
That security woman has somehow encouraged me to listen to Roy Orbison records.
First contact is a threat to freedom.
Call the cops on the churches, businesses, etc when they have cameras on the outside filming YOU!
It doesent matter where you are its always the same stupid securetynot knowing the law talking rubbish calling the police babbeling on!!!when will they ever learn????And all the people in cars exposing them self to the camera asking ower and ower WHAT ARE YOU DOING AND WHY????Love to YOU C from SWEDEN!!!!
is it against the law for them to ask what they are doing? so whats the problem???
Good thing you're not videotaping then 😂
Calling the cops on FAR in Orange county.
Yea I agree with the fine. Only if the police escalate the fine should double or triple
New subscriber ❤
Ive expirienced an auditor when i was at the post office. I just said hi to them and went about my business with the postal service. I didnt make a big deal about them filming. Its their right to film in public. Theres cameras almost everywhere we go many people cant grasp that concept.
Love Katie!
Love the "why not"!
2024 even the lowest trained security guard should know about public photography and audits. Sad
I would avoid Mosques, they might not be very understanding. Stay safe FAR, we love what you do!
The problem is that securiturd's observe and report their feelings not the facts 😢
Seriously, 🤔 can that woman security help in any situation ???? Riddl me that ??
Fear of being photographed is a symptom of 'Agoraphobia' fear of being in Public. Forgive them, they have problems even leaving the house!
That security guard looked just like Roy Orbison.................................................
They’re Jewish and driving a Volkswagen?! 😮
…..and Hondas. And Toyotas. And Nissans. And Audis.
C’mon, man
In case you missed it in school: WWII ended eighty years ago. All cars have parts from all over. Let it go.
Karen’s out in full force today.
Love Katie 😃
Security thinking she has the authority to tell someone in public what to do.
Blue gray hair = boss level Karen. She even came back to speak to the manager.
Two of them.Hell Yeah!
Definitely fail Chris. Wondering what they actually told the police. 😂
You are always respectful to others and give them back if they are horrible. Which I love. 😂😂
Great audits! 💜
It’s great to see you posting more frequently! I’m a big fan of your content!! You’re one of the best in the business as far as I’m concerned! Keep it coming! And remember, ✌️ means VICTORY. Not Peace…
The female security person reminds me of Roy Orbison.
"Turn around and take pictures over there." Wow... The entitlement and false authority she thinks she has is amazing. The first officer may not have given you directives, but did you see the long hard stare he gave he you? Betcha he was just hoping to see something on you that he could get out and question you about.
Thank you
Love how they didn't stop the guy standing on private property from filming you, then for it to be a church, chef's kiss.
They don't want to be filmed cos of private property but its always ok for them to record u
Why do the police ignore traffic laws? I've rarely seen them use their turn signals. In this video I did not see any of the officers use their turn signals. However, it was difficult to see on the first vehicle. The second officer not only failed to signal, but he made an illegal wide right turn crossing multiple lanes so he could get into the left turn lane. It seems like "Rules for thee but not for me".
He will send that picture into the cloud 😅
"Why don't YOU go somewhere else?" Hahaha, nice!
I think a majority of Americans would be much happier in North Korea. I could get behind a “go fund me” one way ticket for them…how about you?
The brilliant cam back 🤣
You never do any public record request...it would be interesting to hear what they say when theycall the police
For two cruisers to show up at once like that, I'm willing to bet money she told them you were on the property. Then they showed up and saw you were on the sidewalk.
Gotta laugh a Jewish family driving a German Volkswagen. When I lived in Chicago in a Jewish neighborhood I was told to have my Volkswagen in the garage on Friday nights and Saturdays
She’s a treasure….i can see why she’s working Security at her advanced age….
Waste of taxpayer time and money...... police dispatcher could have told the caller the same thing!!
Wow, none of that "OK, well just do us a favor and stay out of the driveway, ummkay?" crap, GOOD!
